Missouri: Team on the rise and with a very easy schedule in 2024
Miami: Very talented team and possibly a true contender in the ACC with new additions of Cam Ward and Damien Martinez
Oklahoma State: Made the big 12 championship last year. They have a very experienced head coach, and they return a lot from last season, including Ollie Gordan at running back
Arizona: They lost their head coach but return 8 starters on defense, and they have possibly the best secondary in the big 12. They also return the electric quarterback receiver duo of Fifita and McMillan, this team is possibly under the radar.
NC State: They are a BIG Sleeper, they have a good quarterback Finally, the offense should improve and the defense should stay consistently good, they have an easy schedule, and this could be a huge year for Dave Doeren and the NC State Wolfpack

I'd also add Virginia Tech. A program on the rise, unreal amount of talent returning, and a very manageable schedule. But nonetheless solid list.

@graceypatrick They definitely could within the next 5 years. They still have a lot of work to do, though. I think they are on the rise, but not quite there yet. Maybe I'm wrong, though.
