Amy has finally used the synthesis and taken Evanescence where it needed to be. I've been a fan from the beginning, and really enjoy their Rock oriented songs as well, but with this, the Electronic elements, along with some Orchestral pieces magnify their sound even more, and definitely seems more fitting for them. Especially with Amy's voice and piano structures. "Imperfection" (my new fav E song) couldn't be more perfect! One listen to the song proves that some guitars and a drum set aren't needed to help create a powerful song. Hopefully there are many new things to come from this well ventured area of Evanescence. 🖤
