With plans of galaxy-wide domination, an evil Admiral creates MEAD, a powerful symbiotic AI spaceship. But when MEAD becomes sentient and refuses to be used for war, he escapes to the far side of the galaxy. Now perpetual fugitives, MEAD and the crew - including the daring space adventurer Captain Friz, and the enigmatic original AI programmer, Tamera - are chased across the solar system, evading enemy advances with illusions so real that they fool their pursuers.
Adapted from the 1972 underground comic, "Fever Dreams," MEAD is the only film in filmmaking history to feature live action actors in a 100% animated environment, showcasing a stellar blend of storytelling, cinematography, and innovation.

I have this comix.
I remember seeing this a few years ago, from the original producers. A great film. Funny and sometimes cartoon-like, a bit hammy, but the writing and acting is great. Disney & Marvel can't make films like this anymore, they are too woke, too obsessed with D.E.I. too far removed from real life & what peeps want. People want heroes, they want that gender interaction between men & women, not trying to prove which one is best, but treating them as equals. OMG a straight, white Male in the lead role? Unthinkable! Good storytelling means leaving politics and agenda's aside.
Was that a "Bender" I saw in the end credits?😎
