싱싱한 딸기와 딸기잼을 넣어 딸기 생크림 케이크를 만들었어요~
제누와즈를 냄비에 구워 사용했는데 오븐과 큰 차이 없이 구워지고 정말 맛있답니다~^^
저는 55분 정도 구웠는데 반죽이 최고로 부풀었다가 살짝 가라 앉으면 다 익더라구요~~
불은 꼭! 가장 약한불에서 구워주셔야 타지 않는 답니다~
딸기만 넣은 케이크도 맛있지만 딸기잼을 함께 넣으니 향긋함이 더해져 훨씬 더 맛있었어요~ 강력추천!
심플하고 기본적인 케이크지만 맛은 만족감이 정말 높은 케이크인 것 같아요~

▶Pan size : 16cm x 10cm
▶재료
달걀 155g
설탕 100g
꿀 10g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
무염 버터 30g
우유 45g
박력분 100g
딸기
설탕시럽
딸기잼 130g
휘핑한 생크림 (생크림 300g + 설탕 30g)
휘핑한 장식용 생크림 (생크림 50g + 설탕 5g)
▶레시피
1. 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비 위에 달걀이 담긴 볼을 올리고 설탕, 꿀, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 온도가 40도 정도가 될 때까지 저으며 섞는다.
2. 핸드믹서로 풍성한 아이보리색의 거품이 될 때까지 휘핑하고 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
3. 녹인 무염버터와 우유를 섞어 둔(온도 50~60도) 볼에 반죽의 조금을 덜어 넣고 섞고 본반죽에 넣고 섞은 뒤 버터를 바르고 유산지를 붙인 냄비에 붓는다.
4. 기포를 제거한 뒤 가장 약한불에 냄비를 올리고 뚜껑을 덮어 약 50~60분 정도 굽는다.
5. 냄비에서 꺼내 유산지를 떼고 식힌 뒤 윗면을 잘라내고 4장으로 자른다.
6. 돌림판에 시트를 올리고 설탕시럽을 뿌리고 딸기잼을 바른 뒤 다른 시트를 올리고 설탕시럽을 뿌린다.
7. 휘핑한 생크림을 바르고 반으로 자른 딸기를 올리고 크림으로 덮은 뒤 다른 시트를 올리고 설탕시럽을 뿌린다.
8. 딸기잼을 바르고 시트를 올리고 시럽을 뿌린 뒤 생크림을 전체적으로 매끄럽게 바른다.
9. 장식용 생크림과 딸기를 올려 장식한다.

100g Sugar
10g Honey
2g Vanilla extract
30g Unsalted butter
45g Milk
100g Cake flour
Strawberry
Sugar syrup
130g Strawberry jam
Whipped cream (300g whipping cream + 30g sugar)
Whipped decorative cream (50g whipping cream + 5g sugar)

the thing about being used to watching cooking tree is that I now can't stop myself from comparing cooking tree's creations to cake displays I see wherever else. like i'll be looking at that strawberry cake at a bakery and think back to this video and be all, "cooking tree's strawberry cake had more volume, more fluffy," *even though i have ZERO experience in the kitchen*

I made this!! It’s super good, but I would recommend making twice the amount of batter (but cooking it separately so you have the same cooking time) as mine seemed to come out smaller, so I only had enough for two layers. However it is by far the BEST cake I have ever made omf it’s easy but tastes so so good, 10/10 would recommend
maybe your pot was too large? Japanese/asian strawberry cakes are usually very small, good for 2-3 people

it was very good but i’d recommend doubling the recipe and then dividing the batter into two pans. also make a lot of sugar syrup, or the cake could be a little dry. other than that it was delicious! everyone loved it. thank you :D
May I ask why you should divide the recipe into two? And what size pan did you use? I’m excited to make it but also very nervous and am wondering if anyone had any success!! :)

why do you need to measure temperature of the eggs? and why mix small part of batter into milk+ butter mixture first?
So you wont cook the eggs. You mix a but of batter into the milk and butter mixture so the temperature of the batter will be cooled off and uniform when added into the rest of the batter. You dont want to curdle the eggs that are in the batter or cook the batter.

영상 매번 감사히 잘보고 있습니다. 제가 가끔 집에서 마카롱이나 쿠키를 구워서 아이들 간식으로 만들어주는데요. 케이크는 생크림때문에 만들기가 쉽지않네요. 날씨가 더울때 생크림케이크를 만들면 동물성생크림(매일유업)쓸경우 흘러내려버리던데.. 어떤분들은 식물성 이야기도 하시고.. 생크림 케이크를 만들때 어떤 생크림쓰세요? 그리규 여름처럼 더운날 생크림케이크 만들때 어찌해야 단단한 크림처럼 생크림케이크를 만들수있는지 꿀팁 부탁드려요~
저는 맛 때문에 동물성 생크림을 사용하고 있어요~
아무래도 생크림 케이크는 더울때는 휘핑도 아이싱도 어려운 편인데 생크림을 계량해 볼에 담아 잠깐 냉동실에 넣었다 꺼내 바로 휘핑하고 얼음볼에 올려 휘핑하면 조금 나은 것 같아요~
너무 흐르거나 분리가 난다면 식물성을 조금 섞어 모양을 유지해도 괜찮은 것 같더라구요~
Failed this so bad 😭 forgot to put parchment paper in the saucepan and it wouldnt turn out. Overflowed when it was cooking, all of the bottom burnt awfully and it turned out to be round. Too small to cut into layers. But im sure if you were as talented as this person you could make and amazing cake im just awful at cooking :)

@@Denturess whip the cream so it it stiff, and use confectioners powdered sugar instead of granulated because it has cornstarch it it. And make sure your cake is completely cooled or even frozen before you frost it.

I wonder how this cake holds up if there's any left over. I know fresh strawberries as a filling is a recipe for disaster if it isn't finished right away due to the fruit juice sinking to the bottom of the cake. The whipped cream isn't stabilized either so if it isn't put into the fridge right away, it melts right off. I've always stabilized my whipped cream with gelatin and created a hard icing dam against fresh fruit fillings.
It holds up pretty well though? For the first two/three days there's no problem, the whipped cream and the strawberries hold up pretty well. If you keep it in the fridge more than a few days ofc it won't taste and look as good. Ofc it will not hold up if you keep it at room temperature but why would you? This is a wet cake and wet cakes go in the fridge (whipped cream cakes, cheesecakes, buttercream cakes etc.).
I am worried to if you have to transport it for an hours ride. Maybe look up recipes on how to stabilize whipped cream .

How do you bake the cake on the stovetop? I used the lowest heat, but the cake didn't rise and cook at all. I have tried three times and I failed those three times as well. Is there a certain trick to make it work? All my attempts resulted in flat, dense cakes. My pan size is bigger, though. But I don't think it would create a drastic issue like that, maybe? It's only bigger by 2 cm in radius.
I think it has to do with how well you beat the egg, vanilla, honey, sugar mix. Its gotta be fluffy and airy. Tried this 3 times so far and the one time it came out dense I noticed the egg mix wasnt as fluffy.
I think that's why Cooking Tree draws the hearts, to show you should mix until you can draw a heart and have it keep shape in the mix.
@@Mimmiroo I had tried your suggestion. I had beaten the mix until it became fluffy and airy. I drew the heart shape multiple times and stopped when I saw the shape hold. I mixed the flour and the milk-butter in carefully as to not lose the air. I thought it finally succeed until I cooked the cake on the stove. I think the next problem is my stove top because it's an electric stove top. The lowest heat of a gas stove top and electric stove stop is different. I knew it because I had put it on the lowest heat and it didn't cook at all, even when I left the cake cooking for overnight. I finally put the heat higher and it became another dense cake. Do you know the temperature of the lowest heat that they used for their cake?
Heyy today I tried making this cake and the bottom was burnt even tho its low heattt, i ended up with two layeres 🤣
@@cieltic overnight? Maybe you overcooked it? Also try using vegetable oil instead of melted butter. Melted butter is more likely to ruin a cake. You also need to cover the cake very well so air doesn't get in and ruin it. Try covering it with alluminium foil and a lid on top of it. On electric stove you might need to put the sponge cake pan into a bigger pan and place the bigger pan on the stove. That way the bottom won't burn and the heat will distribute better.

I made this today and although I followed the ingredients and instructions exactly, my cake didnt rise at all, it stayed very very flat like a tart case. It did taste wonderful though so i added my cream and strawberries anyway XD I might try again with regular self raising flour as it might have been that for me

Heyyy I tried it too! t's not dry its soft and delicious BUT the bottom was burnt so I ended up with 2 layers 😔🤣 did u face the same problem?
étoile sucré 😭😂LOL .. actually I didn’t use a pan like the one she used .. I baked it in the oven ! That was much easier.. it was soft and perfect ! .. preheat the oven 400 degrees F or ( 200 c ) and cook it for 20 min or until the toothpick comes out clean ! .. And.. my cake also was 2 layers .. so i just doubled the amount of the ingredients but I cooked it in 2 separated trays have the same size .. hope you understand me🙊😂 and ~ good luck .. don’t forget to send me half of your cake 😂✌🏼
