    For the (vegetables) I suggest Glechoma hedera, korsknap in Danish. The young leaves are a whole herbarium of taste, including bitterness, which is good for beer without hops.

    In my family there are many horses and beeves ...but oxen, not so much.

    Wheat is much easier to malt than barley and it also has the enzymes you mentioned. This from personal experience.
    Keeping all of those rootlets o the grain would create a good deal of bitterness.

    I was thinking of getting home brew fermentation tank with chiller and spigot and using your exact recipe in a small batch to make sure I don't mess it up then multiplying the recipe to fill the tank 4/5 way up or so. Would you recommend this? Thank you for the video... you are cool as hell :D.
