    Belfield got 5 years from a judge who more than likely was told to put him away in the lodge. He had the back bone to tell people about the dangers of the jab and all the illegal boat people.

    Quick question. Belfield seemed rather obsessed with John Barrowman and his ‘man sausage’ in a lot of his videos. I know years ago he did an interview with him for his ‘Celebrity Radio’ venture but wondered if there was more to this feud than met the eye? Did Belfield proposition JB and get rebuffed perhaps?

    Many thanks for replying to my comment Adrian. I have since, and with your added succinct counter arguments, become aware that the order I questioned was just one order covering the Scott family so that does make sense. Especially with AB's previous. But I still stand by my comment that for courts to be able to wield such power they MUST do so fairly and diligently. I think in AB's case they have done. But I am still torn on this and the whole process in general may be necessary but leaves me with a modicum of unease.

    Good insightful video.the only problem i have is yourself and others constantly stating that two victims were close to ending their lives.you have to remember that we only have their word for this and it cannot be proven.lets face it,anyone can say that but it doesn't make it true and i believe was only said in order to have more impact on the jury.

    • @emmal7920
      @emmal7920 Рік тому

      How do you know the victims were not close to ending their lives? The answer is you don’t. You can’t possibly know how the victims felt after 10 years of stalking and harassment. You may think differently if someone had done that to you or your family.

    So a couple of nights ago i was tuned into my local news for my area on the beeb. A truly horrible crime was featured on there, basically 3 young thugs went into a local shop to rob it, 1 of them 'tooled' up with an axe. 1 of the thugs grabbed the young shop assistant and obviously scared the sh*t out of her and he proper roughed her up. Video footage was shown of the attack, honestly it was horrible to watch...that poor girl surely she will now be traumatised for life. So anyway the thugs were eventually arrested and brought to justice, i call it justice but personally i think not! 2 of the guys (including the 1 who roughed the girl up) were sentenced to....wait for it....3 years, sorry that just can't be right Adrian. The justice system to me is not fit for purpose. So onto Alex Belfield then, so he gets 5 and a half years for stalking and harassment. Now whilst i do not condone his actions in any way shape or form do you see where I'm coming from here? Yes AB had most certainly done wrong and was dealt with accordingly, my point is those 3 thugs were not, they got away with it very lightly, the laws a bl**dy ass!!! Rant over.

    Who’s home did he turn up at? Apart from emails and a couple of phone calls what constitutes stalking. The judges summing up was a disgrace. Waffling about what people THOUGHT Belfield was going to do, what they THOUGHT he was capable of. Saying a man was minutes from death, how the hell did the judge know that. No female rape victim has EVER been allowed to sit in evidence telling the jury she THOUGHT this about the rapist or she THOUGHT he would turn up at her home. Ridiculous sentence. I also find it horrifically offensive the judge said ‘what Belfield did wasn’t physical stalking but in some ways it was worse’. How insulting, abrasive and offensive to the many women who’ve been murdered by REAL stalkers who the police did NOTHING about. In fact in one notorious case the police charged the victim for ‘wasting police time’ She ended up murdered by the vile stalker within months of the police bullying her. Way to go!

    He did say, in the last 12 to 18 months, that UA-cam had paid for his house, insinuating that he owned it outright... but, there again,

    • @angela1094
      @angela1094 Рік тому +1

      I agree he's a narcissist .... But I think stems from jealously & inadequacy ( as often happens ) I think the fact he bragged about this, while asking viewers for donations constantly ( due to bankruptcy & representing himself in court etc etc ) Was absolutely out of order ..... He was a conman, convincing many of his fake persona as a caring man behind the horrible jokes. But yes, of course everyone was a Lefty who didn't like something he said ( naturally ) ! 10 years stalking people says a lot about the sad existence he must of really been living, committing all that time & energy to try & make other's lives a misery.

      @@emmal7920 As he said it, he opened his arms gesturing his domain being his. I used to watch his Voice Of Reason shows quite a lot in total disbelief that an adult, of his position in the public eye, could act so childish and aggressive towards his victims. I hope he drops the soap in the shower where he is, that will shut him up.

    So very sad you were both very close and helped you move house. I’ve mentioned a few times would you visit him to ask him all you need or want to ? Would he see you if it wasn’t fed back on here and just left between you both. Alex certainly shot up and made so many laugh and I again like thousands of others thought he was very knowledgeable and came across quite sincere with his phone ins on a Sunday especially with people with mental illness. He must be missing his dog terribly and incredible to think how many people were following him to end up the way it as. I was almost going to Blackpool to see him but a bereavement got in the way of it then all the rest is history and still quite shocked to be honest. Best wishes 😊

    • @emmal7920
      @emmal7920 Рік тому +2

      I used to watch Alex’s phone-ins and would say that he was anything but sincere. He gave out dangerous advice to people with mental health issues. He should not have been giving out advice to people as he’s not qualified to do so.
      He once told a depressed man to stop taking his meds as he didn’t think he needed them.
      He told a lonely alcoholic man to go out and meet people in the pub.
      He told a recently bereaved man who had lost his wife to go out and get laid by hookers and offered him tickets to one of his shows.
      But most shockingly of all, he told a vulnerable woman who had been r@ped to lose weight after she had gained a lot of weight due to depression after her terrible ordeal.
      The only person Alex helped was himself to other people’s money.

    • @normantaylor5957
      @normantaylor5957 Рік тому +2

      @@emmal7920 yes I agree with what you say my point was he came across quite sincere at times but like you say not qualified to give mental health advice. He was probably meaning tablets don’t work and at the end of the day you have to cope with life without them maybe due to side affects and become reliant on them who knows. He was certainly a angry individual but did have talent otherwise he just wouldn’t have had the amount of followers he had. I just find it sad the more I listen to Adrian Allan. I cannot help thinking after watching quite a few videos he basically idolised the likes of Ken Dodd, Roy Chubby brown and many more Adrian Allan would know about that SHOCKED the audience. The desperation almost to be successful ( just like young people on social media times have changed that’s for sure ) irrespective of who he trampled over on the way. I said on a recent video of Adrian’s only recently which he read out the comment as follows… Do we really know anyone? No No No but I know enough about me to say a 1000% I could NEVER rip anyone off and deliberately S..T on anyone especially FRIENDS. It’s still fascinating to so many his fall from grace but I guess due to someone right at the top of their game who is now inside. Peace of mind thanks I hope someone can really connect with Alex and advise him going forward for his own mental health. Best wishes 😊

      @@normantaylor5957 If it hadn’t been for the lockdowns Alex’s UA-cam channel wouldn’t have grown so big so quickly. The UA-cam algorithm helped him too. I have seen evidence that he purchased followers from websites who sell subscriptions to enhance channels. His UA-cam stats also showed this as his average video views were very low in comparison to the number of subscribers he claimed to have. Before the lockdowns his Celebrity Radio UA-cam channel got very few views. He struck gold during the lockdowns.

    Great Video & I used to follow Alex Belfield before all this came to light ..... There were so many other victims of his stalking also that haven't spoken up or were mentioned in court. One is Ian Lee, who Alex kept sending messages to urging him to end his life ( he knew Ian suffered with mental health issues & severe depression ) Ian now does a radio show, & he has recordings of Alex calling in & being vile ( although he used a fake name ) It is so obviously Alex, very distinctive voice & saying the putdowns he would use on his own video's, Ian has had a lot of contact from other's Alex bullied ( allegedly ) I also think him asking for money & donations constantly via his UA-cam channel ( claiming he was bankrupt ) was also very questionable, he kept his lovely house, new sculptures & commissioned art pieces still arriving often, then his trips to Vegas, where he seemed to be attempting to revive his flagging career .... all the while using the rising court costs ( & legal fee's ) as his excuse for more money to be donated, he was always on holiday ! I saw screen shots that were disgusting to a younger more popular gay Theatre Critic, from Alex .... Maybe just my opinion, but most of what I've seen appears to stem from Jealousy & bitterness, he mainly attacked other's in the same field of work as him ( maybe more successful than him ? ) & he also appeared very homophobic ( which I think was a cover ) Some serious issues at play there.

Maybe those of his followers will still think of him as their king, when they realise Just what a wrongun he is. I think a couple of your subscribers will correct me if I'm wrong. I wonder why that was...maybe he used a tripod for the phone ins, which by the way was all about him, barely letting the callers get a word in.
      And what with all the current news stories breaking it must be tough now on Alex not being able to get involved...all part of his punishment.

    Thanks for the response Adrian. When I wrote previously, the point was not to question the fact that Alex Belfiueld is a convicted stalker rather to suggest that the tone of your refernces to him as "the convicted stalker" might lead people to believe you have an axe to grind. If so, that "axe" may well be justified but if not, the tone or emphasis you place on "the convicted stalker" refernces certainly sounds more than a just little bit strange to many,. I do agree, many find it baffling how exactly he ended up where he is. Stitch up? An unfair example being made because he is a gobshite?
    You say he turned up on someone's doorstep. Was this attested to in court? And what form did the the 10 year harrasment take? Social media being used to voice personal animosity and rivalry is nothing new. And if it was 10 years, do you know if retraining orders were sought? And if they weren't, then why not (or at least, why were they not granted?)?I am not sure suiidal idiation supports anything as differeint people respond differently to different situations. Suicidal ideation is an illness in and of itself. Like I said, I am not defending writing to defend Alex Belfield. I have no skin in this game. That said, I know many people that feel he was treated harshly. Is sending unsolicited mail stalking? If so, then I have been stalked for years. I am not, in any way,. making light of this or thos ewith suicidal ideation. I am making the point that has been made to me by quite a few people that the two are very different things. FTYR, I am still none teh wiser as to behaviour which specifically constited the stalking. And again, I am not writing to defend him, just to state that there are many who believe he was amde an example of in an unfair way. Thanks for the shout out and keep up the good work. I'll go and check out the comments by the judge.

    Another person, with some similarities to Belfield, is Tommy Robinson. He is constantly getting himself into scrapes with the law and, unashamedly, constantly trying to get his followers to help pay his legal expenses. I just got this begging emai lfrom him (I'm not a friendly follower).
    I'M A BIT DISAPPOINTED
    Dear Graham H,
    I must admit, I was a bit disappointed with the response to my last email.
    I explained how I have appealed a ridiculous 'Stalking Prevention Order' (paperwork at the top of this email) that was imposed on me by a fake news journalist who works for the communist 'Independent' newspaper.
    I asked for your help, but the response was disheartening.
    At this rate I might as well cancel my appeal and carry on allowing the media to call me a 'convicted stalker'.
    Obviously, I don't want to do that, I want to fight them all the way to victory and get this stalker bullshit overturned and thrown out.
    But without your help on this, I will be forced to cancel.
    I truly need your help right now, that's no exaggeration.
    I cannot do this on my own.
    Can I ask that you chip in with just a fiver to help me out?
    That's the price of a few pints down the pub!
    Whether it's £5, £10, £20, or more, please just spare a minute or two and chip in so I can wage war against these corrupt lefty journalists!
    Every penny counts:
    urbanscoop.news/supportus
    Yours sincerely
    Tommy Robinson
    He sends these out on a regular basis.
