I had a very vivid dream last summer. A man was standing behind a counter with other people. He was staring and smiling at me like he had fallen in love. I keep seeing the initials of a woman i am interested in on the number plates of cars , more often as time goes on , i do not look for them , they appear straight in the centre of my view
My number for line at the social security office was 111 which is the highway my father was killed in a freak accident before I was born. Whoever she is has a connection with me and my dearly departed father ....

If you hold love in all aspects of your life you will be protected from negative influences. You become vulnerable when fear and anger step in, so instead surround yourself in the divine white of love. You can also project it out to people, places, animals etc. where assistance is wanted. The ego is a part of the human body. As long as you are in a physical human body, you do have an ego. No matter how much transmuting is done. It's a matter of acting from ego or allowing what will be to be without overreacting..
the ego is necessary to live: it’s the sun, fire and light. The problem is not the ego as most people are falsely taught. The problem is that most people do not use their ego from authenticity, self-knowledge and self-love but instead use it from fear and shame, producing a false light that isn’t a true reflection of the internal world. Everyone has to have an ego or else they basically die. Your human body is separate from everything else because we are born in separation and use the internal light within us to illuminate the paths for eachother in the bigger picture. One thing I have learned is that it’s a false teaching to tell people to lose their ego, just as it’s a false teaching to tell people that loving themselves is satanic or evil. The ego is often not used correctly which is why so many people wrongfully advise to “lose it”. Use the ego from self love, authenticity instead of shame and fear in order to be a person of light.

In every lifetime you have had an ego so which ego are you, none bc they are merely idea's/thought's of whom we think we are ? The ego is an idea of whom we think we are nothing more than a thought. Is a thought real, no it's an illusion.. When you label yourself as something you are limiting yourself. Be nothing as I am no-one thing; I am everything..
