I agree with you, until an American manufacturer needs to spend millions of dollars defending these ridiculous law suits. It could bankrupt the manufacturer, which 50+% of the government dreams of. But either way the consumer, you and I, bear the cost of that defense.
I live in NYC, I’ve had a premise permit for 44 years that only allows you to protect yourself in your home. After the supreme court’s ruling that NY gun laws are unconstitutional we were allowed to upgrade our license to a CCW upon renewal. This past August I applied for my CCW and after waiting 2 1/2 months, I received it 3 days ago. I never should have been denied to protect myself all these years. Now I’m 76 years old and I finally feel safer when I leave the house.
Well thanks to Donald Trump for nominating conservative justices to SCOTUS, we finally have arrived with the Bruen Decision to help Americans defend themselves against the evil which persists within this nation. Being in Maryland, I likewise live behind the iron curtain of one party democratic rule. For most of my life, I have been denied my constitutional right to keep and bear arms. In my seventies, I am over joyed with confidence that my MD Wear and Carry Permit provides, but I still do not believe the government should require licenses and permits for this essential liberty. It is a tax on the fundamental right of the ordinary citizen to defend himself against tyranny. So - I support Constitutional Carry in all 50 states.
I want to personally thank you for the content that’s produced here. My brother and I have been taking care of our terminally ill mother and we’re getting close to the end. Your channel and a few others have been a welcome distraction during the times I can take to myself. Prayer requests please for God to lift her up and ease her passing.
How come no one is surprised that accually the Swiss are teaching their kids in school how to use firearms. Also the fact that every Swiss home has got a weapon possibly more? It's in their culture. They have more Guns in their homes, than France, England and Germany combine.
I caught a different take on this. A key attorney for an antigun group set up in Mexico. Under an arrangement with Mexican officials, filed the suit. Apparently, it was an approach to circumvent the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.
Well the SCOTUS is gonna shut them.down. The PLCAA is black letter law, and easy to define and see where it works and that true negligence and safety failures are NOT covered by the law, but use by criminals is. The Mexican attorney is being paid off. It's either a Soros operation, or Bloomberg or a combination of both. The SCOTUS has said Self Defense is a right, and in Caetano v. Massachusetts" ALL NINE Justices (Yes Justice Ginsburg an̈d Stevens, Sotomayor, and Kagan voted "Aye", with no concurrence to contradict that point.) said it's true and the decision was unanimous. Other countries have their laws. Don't like ours? Don't come here. The boatloads of AK's, Russian 12.7mm's (Equivalent to the US .50 caliber best fed.) mounted on trucks, and all the grenades there do NOT come from America, neither do the RPG-7's. If they were American grenades, they wouldn't fail 80% of the time to detonate. Once I found out about that, I looked at post cartel battle photos, and you can see them laying in the ground a lot. As in not one or two. A half dozen on up. Depends on who is battling who and for how long.
We once had gun safety classes in school as well as hunter safety clase. We need it now.Maybe if people would show some responsibility,as well as see the danger,we would have common sense on this issue. Do not infringe.!
I remember taking my hunter safety class in school, I brought my little 410 shotgun to school and putting it in my locker for after school class. No one was concerned!
How a case that has zero proof of INTENT to commit ANY crime made it to ANY court is an example of how ludicrous our judicial system has become. How many DUI fatalities happen each year? Do we sue the car, the booze, the bar or the drunks for their action? These types of law fare are simply looking for the deepest pockets for most returns on their investment. We should sue them for even submitting frivolous lawsuits and disbar the legal teams that submit them. Penalize stupidity and we might see the justice system correct itself.
I like you example with the car manufacturers, I agree 100% and that is same argument I use in a discussion on the suing of gun manufacturers, my other comment is the "Gun" didn't kill, the "Person" who pulled the trigger did!
grant the manufacturers a reverse judgement to cover the legal defense costs to sanction this behavior in a way that is beyond appeal(which court can reverse the Supreme Court?)
Ya tell that to the victims of violent crimes from people who are high on the shit Mexico allows the stuff to be made and distributed to this country. Mexico should be the last country call the kettle black.
I've been to 42 countries in my lifetime of work. I don't give a rat's ass what other countries think about American gun laws.
This is about exactly what I came here to say but you beat me to it. Merica.

Sue Mexico for helping people cross the border !
Not to mention allowing all of the drugs, human trafficking, and violence committed by Mexican residents in America.
We should sue Mexico over drugs coming here
At least
Any attorney supporting Mexico's lawsuit should be disbarred and sent to live in Mexico!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hold The Criminals accountable.

Thank God that Trump is coming back.
Hopefully before the nuclear war and "national emergency " install biden again
Thank Obama for arming the cartels
Came to say that
let's not forget the ATF fella that was helping Mexico with firearms & parts
This could be a major win for reinforcing 2A rights and setting a precedent that keeps global anti-gun sentiments in check

IMHO nothing of anti significance will be handed down until after Jan 1st..

All by design from the left
How is it designed by the left?

The Synagogue of Satan seems to be getting stronger & stronger every day. We all need to pray for relief from that. God Bless.
SCOTUS: Nothing will be change in 2nd Amendment. Your interpretation is welcome.
Can the US sue for drugs being brought into the US
Tell Mexico to help with the border then lol.
