The smoke coming out of the Dhunuchi is known as" Dhuno". The dancers need to balance the Dhunuchi so, that the burning coconut scrapes don't fall on their feet. Along with that they have to dance as well. So , it is not as simple as it looks. Also the Dhunuchi used here is very small. In reality, we use much bigger Dhunuchi's.

These dhunuchis are half in size of the real dhunuchis.but the dance was beautiful. Happy puja to all.... And one thing which is so painful for us bengalis to wish, shubho bijaya.
