Most of the hok are old n haven't revamped yet. Thats why some of em still lack uniqueness (Some skins of HOk moba have remade in HOK fight with cooler animations)
Xiao swan = Has both white & black swan effects
Kai skin = human/Demon/Knight form n effects
Han xin= changes effects on killin different buffs
Diao chan = changes colour & recall
Mulan changes form sun n moon n recall
Kongming can borrow effects of his other legendary skins
Some changes effects n form based on how much hp he has (green ,yellow, red)
Wu Zetian has different planets in her ult
Sun changes weapon randomly
Etc
Rn SUPREME are the best tiers both in design n effects not Mythic

we can say that it belongs to high tier skin, but i think it depends on the year of release, because old releases are just simple, new released high tier skin, had much more details and random actions, but all of them looks good and some need revamps too, to keep up with recent years
