  • In this video, Doc J Zimmerman sets up a 12 station rugby skill and fitness circuit. Each station is timed for 3 minutes. At the completion of the circuit, the players repeat at 1 minute intervals and after that they complete a speed round where each station is 30 seconds. By the end of the 3 set circuit the players will have had non-stop action for 60 minutes. Then its time to play tag rugby!!
