Cause other wise .I bet they recast Todd and wait till Billy and Paul are about year in relation and he will show up to cause drama
I didn't really watch it but I'm pretty sure he ain't dead he done a runner and tried to take summer but it didn't work. The reason that todd went award so quickly was because the actor was arrested for sexual abuse

The whole priest thing storyline was already done "personally" it lasted few months (he just started) he was at the time younger...oh so much fun I had with him
