I had an understanding of this song as a teenager and till date, I Stand Still!!
Man! That line "maybe you're confused about who I really am" is tight but it's right. This song blessed me right here tonight.

"Maybe you're confused about who I really am."
I have to smile when I hear that line. I was going through a very rough time in my life I was terrified that it was too late for me. So I prayed to God and asked Him to send me a sign that it wasn't too late for me. I asked Him to find me a song that I hadn't heard in nearly 2 decades before 12:00am the next day. If I heard back from Him before that time, then I'd know I was still saved and on the right track.
Now, I was terrified of the answer I might get and scared that the task was too hard for God to do since I was trying and failing for years to locate it. But sure enough, a little after eight in the evening the Google results finally, finally pulled up the song. After nearly twenty years of me searching.
To say I was in disbelief would be an understatement. And yet, it was so freeing to get a clear answer from Him because there was evil voice that kept tormenting me and telling that it was too late for me. But that goes to show you what God can do because that voice, after so many years finally ceased.

It had been a full day of sunshine and countryside...and just as I was on my way home...the night sky was slowly creeping in over the hillside and this song was played on the radio...it will always remind me of this day 30th July 2011 (UK)
