I am so excited to make this. Do you know what the layered jelly like cakes are called? They used to sell them in our local Asian stores but the Philippine bakery that supplied them closed down. They are usually layers of green and off white or pink and it has a slight coconut taste. If I knew what it was called I could look it up. Or better yet if you make it you could make a video please? Hopefully you know what I am talking about. It seemed like it had the word pandon in it but I could be way off base. Thanks for your videos 😊
