It’s so important to let people know it’s okay to cry. Any time I cried my mum would hug me and tell me it was okay to cry and that validation meant so much to me. To know I wasn’t a burden or a problem when I cried. You’re right - this song and this message is very important.
I think a lot of people have their emotions suppressed so badly especially men. I'm a young man and when I rarely do feel emotion it lasts short. I feel it's a condition getting worse I used to be so happy and loving to people and now I'm a stone. This song helps me to feel a tickle not enough
When the Aliens come upon us from the depths of space someone needs to hand them an Aurora cd and a player and say these words; "She represents the best of our species and she can speak for most of us; the People of Earth" which means not the governments or corporations.
I like the way that you exclude the government and corporations, it puts the focus on those of us who aren't entirely endorsed in money.
I must disagree. If we lead with Aurora, the aliens will just take her and vaporize the planet as they leave.
It is very interesting that everybody hates corporates and governments but they still rule everything somehow

I am yet to find a song by her that doesn’t absolutely slap! No matter what mood you’re in she has a song for it, and even if she doesn’t, she’ll put you in the right mood for it! She speaks with such raw emotion that targets out primal human emotions and resonates with them so perfectly. She is truly an ethereal angel!

Easily one of my favorite songs of hers.... That chorus is something special.
What I love most....is how the *_melody_* of her vocals in the chorus PERFECTLY represents the actual lyrics being sung.
The lyrics are about emotional catharsis.....and the melody MIRRORS that. It's just stunning....really hits me hard every time I hear it. It sounds like what it feels like to finally cry, for joy or sorrow, after having not done so for months....or years. People like to say Aurora isn't human....or an angel....or an alien.
And I get that's mostly just joking....but the truth is, she's very VERY human. Just a different kind of human.
A human reminding us other humans about our own value and worth and potential.
It's kinda astonishing how young she is... She's very intelligent of course. But more than that....she is incredibly _wise._ She has the wisdom of a 70 year old who has lived and loved and learned all her life......but in the body of a young woman.
Case in point: I highly highly recommend looking up the most recent interview she did....it's over an hour long and gets DEEP. By far the most insightful and interesting interview she's ever given. It's on UA-cam under the title "Lifekeys Talks - Aurora." It came out 4 months ago and I've already watched/listened to it at least 5 times so far. It's _that_ good.
I'm a guy in my mid 30s.....and if I'm ever anywhere close to being as self-actualized a human being as Aurora is now....I'll consider my life a profound success. She's truly inspiring....

I can't stress enough how much this song means to me. I was ok for the first year of the pandemic, but during the second year, I had several things happen to me that worsened my depression and anxiety to the point I've considered taking my life several times. As a man, sometimes it's hard to cry (or even hard to get myself to cry). But this song brings it out of me every time, it's tenderness and message always gets to me and speaks to me on a very personal level.
This song is powerful. We have ended up as a society somehow thinking it is normal to hide our emotions, especially sadness, from others. Especially for men - why has it become like that? It is healthy to let it out when you need to!
Beautiful song but couldn't expect less from Aurora! We all have an inner power inside, sincerity. But this comes with acknowledging our emotions and thoughts and letting go. Greetings from Greece!
