Also, Brazil is one of the top economies in the world. And also, our government is fighting corruption as much as most of the developed countries.

I heard that the people pay to participate on the event and to prepare the costumes, so there is no need to use public's money for it, besides of that is just Mafia who controls and sells the clothes and their luxurious life is sustained by the public's money...
