      It doesn’t work as your queen on h4 is hanging also and attacked by the knight on f3

    at 5.59 why doesn't knight just take on c2 to fork the queen with a check

    • @ChessSensei
      @ChessSensei  6 місяців тому

      It’s still winning but the problem after Kd2 and you take the queen your queen on h4 is also hanging because the knight on f3 is no longer pined

      Can you please provide the variation where you mate in 8?
      Nxc2+ is not the best move because after Kd2 your queen is also attacked on h4 by the knight on f3

    Not to insult you but I'm a Vienna player myself and I know how to play, and never ever people take on d5 dude (only 10%), and the line you give for fxe5 it's just horrible why in the world if I knew the theory I should play Nxe4, never the less the main line after exe5 Nxe5 is Qf3 or Nf3 (less popular) and Nxe5 happen only 7% of the time in the lichess database (of course I'm taking only rapid and classical game above 2000). So please you shoud stop making all of this click baiting video, people doesn't play like that. Altought there are a lot of other option after Nf6: g3 (mieses variation) -> Played by all gm, there's Bc4 Stanley variation, a3 (mengarini), d4 and Nf3 entering in the tree knights game. Again not to insult you but just make video on the real stuff the get played not about error that the opponent could do only because you want to show that you line is good, you should make more video about one opening and cover it at all. Hope this will help you. The work you did isn't bad, I'm not saying that, but people play that at low level

      Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed comment! I appreciate your input and will definitely keep your suggestions in mind for future videos. It's always great to have viewers like you who are knowledgeable about the game.
      Regarding your comment, this specific video was aimed more towards our general audience, which is around the 700-1300 elo range. So while studying the line, that is what I used for my specific lichess database research. Will take your constructive criticism to improve my future videos, thank you!
