I've been wanting to make a new kind of dweller yet to be seen (not the average dweller), this video is very convenient for this task. I'm no modeler, animator or coder, but this really eases the burden. Makes it all seem like pure cake walk as I expected to have to learn how to code, animate and so much more.

You're going to do that yourself. Get yourself software that can edit sounds. What I used is audacity

Model: File -> Export -> Bedrock Geometry
Texture: Right Click on the texture -> Save as
Animations: Animation -> Export Animations -> Confirm
