I would estimate the Golden Age of the Pax Romana was between 1 A.D. to 235 A.D. The year 235 A.D. is when the Empire was beset by successive Goth and Visigoth and Slav invasions. The Empire split apart into three portions and was fully reunited until 275 A.D.
