    We picked up a lift from a shop that closed down.. Pretty sure it's a china lift. It's a 9000lb lift, ours is a 2 post but the cables travel on the bottom instead of the top We've had it for probably 7 years and it's been worth all $900 dollars we paid for it. We Build Race cars and work on all our trucks and sometimes friends vehicles.. Right now it has a 2008 Crewcab F250 with a blowed 6.4 on it lol.

      Not at all surprised about the blown 6.4 lol

      Wow! *You are really pressing that limits of a 9000lb. lift.* _My F250 says it weighs 8800lb._
      Not much safety margin there…

    How big is that shop? 24x36? How far back from the leading wall did you set the lift?

    I got the 10,000 kw10 Aplus for 1700 shipped to my house,, it's a beast, perfect welds double bend in columns, huge 1/2 thick base plates, l have no complaints. Even a steel tank..

    • @georgespangler1517
      @georgespangler1517 3 роки тому

      Jeremy it was amizon 2 years ago,, but I really researched them,, the double S design is the strongest, huge columns had to chain hoist them up,, the welds are all roboticly welded and so perfect looks like caulk, l see the new ones are even better with the dual symmetrical and A-symetriacal front arm,,,pay the 1930 you won't disappointed,,

      Jeremy it was amizon 2 years ago,,the new ones are even better with the dual symmetrical and A-symetriacal front arms and adjustable pads,, probably why price increase,,but I would pay 200 more to have them,,and it's powder coated also,,you won't be sorry,, the double S design is the strongest lift made

      Whats the heaviest truck u lifted on that 2 post

      @@marcoquezada6731 I've changed my opinion on lift would never attempt putting 10,000 lbs on it,, don't know who rates them l bought a globe Canada lift since rated 7000 lbs twice the lift as the 10,000 lb rateed have no problem putting a big truck on it,, not the columns I'm worried about I welded them to ceiling truss,, it's the arms that worry me extended

    Mohawk lift made in america. My life is worth it!

    • @georgespangler1517
      @georgespangler1517 3 роки тому

      My friend has a Mohawk lift and it's not even close to the same quality as my Aplus hw10kbp with the double S design and thicker cables and even metal thickness, l agree that most are not that good,,but I havnt seen any American that can match the Aplus hw10kbp all roboticly welded and and powder coated finish,,even have dual symmetrical and A-symetriacal front arms now for 1900 dollars shiped,, l have a globe Canada made that is even better,, l love America but we just don't build things like we used too..And it's not worth the double price you pay to have made in usa anymore.

    I just bought that exact lift. I won't say their name ha ha hahha.... taking delivery in a week. When you were talking about the wholesale price in China, you forgot to mention shipping costs... I sell on Amazon and have product made in China... MOST of the markup or at least half is shipping costs. So even though it may only cost $1500 in China, shipping is probably another $1500, for a $3000 total. I just mention it so people don't think those distributors are making a killing, they are not. They have to advertise, pay employees, workers comp insurance, taxes...lease...etc, etc... and are probably making $1000-$1500 per lift.

      So, how is it performing for you ?

    • @bradbrinegar1419
      @bradbrinegar1419 2 роки тому

      Most American distributors are saving on shipping by buying a full container load. I recently looked into just getting one off alibaba. Once you pay all the shipping and fees it will probably cost you more. Savings would be at a minimum and you would probably be waiting no telling how long to get it.
