@@mustbejoken yes, my fav is “I’m unavailable to get sick” and “every day I’m getting healthier”.
You can choose the identity of “I’m someone who is in perfect health”, “I’m only available to be healthy”, “I see my body in perfect health”.
For others “I see them as perfectly healed”, “they’re doing all they need to take care of their health” & “I’m so grateful all my loved ones are safe and healthy”.

I have seen the reverse when it comes to health. I know of one woman who says “Every time I see someone sneeze, I get a cold” So what happens if we say the opposite? I have not been ill since Jan 2020, and I won’t be ill again. Though I do have a formula of lifestyle to stay healthy.

In line with the affirmations you said at the dealership, I have done this many times with no results. Affirming things like the rain will be gone by the time I leave this store, I will get a flight seat upgrade, the mandated in office days at work will change to telework… I speak it in confidently, I believe it’s possible, I think of it occasionally and yet it didn’t happen. The rain was still there when I left, the flight takes off with no seat upgrade, the work mandate is still in place… etc.
These are not my big desires, just little things I would like. I feel detached and so I don’t understand why it doesn’t work.
1) I love how charming and funny at the same time.
2) I love enjoy spending every moment with myself and my loved ones.
3) I love how this turned to be one the best years of my life.
