Hi Karen, question...when you remove queen cells from the box above the double screen board to put in nucs do you use more than one cell per nuc. I understood you would cut out the capped cells, create a thumbprint in a frame insert the cell in the thumbprint and place the frame in a mating nuc. One or two cells per mating nuc? Thank you!
So informative! Thank you so much Karen. Cleared alot of questions
Thanks for sharing
Thanks from Ireland.
Thank you from Gateshead in the North East of England
I thought that gateshead would be a cold place for bees and nearly as bad as Lancashire
Thanks for sharing this! Great info & speaker
Thanks for sharing about emergency queens. I have some capped cells I am watching now.
Thanks for the great info Karen. How many queen cells do you keep in the 'cell raiser' box, is it just one or do you keep more for insurance?
The slides dont fit the screen, i like reading along so its minor but just a slight annoyance lol
thanks
The queens can mate from bee yards near by as well as the yard she is from so large nuc queen yards ideally are near to 3or 4 yards with mature drones
What states are y'all in
