  • Three members of Yale’s diverse undergraduate veteran community share their stories of transitioning from the military to Yale College to pursue bachelor’s degrees. Yale College’s connections to the military are long-standing, and the undergraduate admissions office welcomes inquiries and applications from veterans of the U.S. armed forces and active-duty service members. Veterans can opt to apply for Yale’s generous need-based financial aid or use Post-9/11 G.I. Bill and Yellow Ribbon benefits. Veterans and active-duty service members may apply for free to any undergraduate admission program: first-year, transfer, or the Eli Whitney Students Program.

This was awesome! I’m a Navy veteran and I just learned about the Eli Whitney Program. I never even considered Yale, but this helped me decide to apply. Thank y’all!
