Girl I was a cool girl and it is honestly the ghetto. I am never going there again.
I think what we as ladies need to remember is that guys never settle, so we shouldn't as well. We can't not want something because we think our partner can't afford it.
It's important to talk about finances from the beginning and ascertain where your partner is financially, you obviously can't ask for more than he can afford, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't ask at all.
That's the thing, they neeeever settle!! Why do we always feel obligated to do this thing thina?
Yeah we honestly need to be more assertive in the finance department, sekwanele!!
@@lato_kort I really don't understand why we feel obligated. I think it's that "maybe I won't find better" mentality, but you will find exactly what you are looking for.
I'm kind of the same in that I don't expect much but I do get a lot from the boy which I appreciate. I feel like there's nothing wrong with providing for yourself as a woman. Of course you need to watch that people don't take advantage but if you can take you and your man out and you don't need to be spoilt by a man to find happiness, ahhh so what. You think J-Lo and Rhianna crave for a man to spoil them? Nahhhhh they know they can do it on their own! hahaha, But ye definitely you both need to put in effort into the relationship where you can. But as for who's providing, who cares.
Wow. This is so true. Coz genuinely I feel like an alien not really caring about being spoilt. Yes it would be nice but there's so much more that I care about that doesn't even involve the person. I want to do it for myself more. And that's okay too. Nail on the head actually.
