Don't get me wrong, I love the fancy restaurants you visit, but something about the cheap snacks is both addicting and satisfying to me!
We are the same :D
We both cant afford expensive things
Me too. I love their dollar store episodes.
Same...street food & dollar store! 😊✌🏻
Oddball🎂
@Gamayun It's the crap meals that I love. =)
Wish half this stuff was available in Australia.
I would spend many many ringgits in this store! I wish our dollar stores in the US had such good deals. Thank you for the lovely video!
They Called Mr Dollar Is Company Mr DIY Made In Malaysia
I think the dollar store he goes is from malaysia because i have seen and eat all thoose snack and upin ipin is from malaysian and the upin ipin drink that he drink is from malaysia
@@ShOxCooking Mr Dollar in this vid is a Malaysian company, under its parent company Mr DIY Malaysia. The Mr DIY founders just made it into Forbes Richest 2021 list (their estimated net worth is around USD3 billion). Btw, rm2-rm5 is considered very cheap prices for us Malaysians.
@@skullcrack8747 Yes, you’re right. It’s Malaysian.
Same but in new Zealand we have dollar / 2 dollar stores but they don't sell junk food or cheap bubble tea I want that!!!!

That durian popcorn snack looked interesting. So strange, but I kind of want to try it!
I love that snack, it is one of my favorite childhood snack, you should try it.
Malaysian here, it only has a subtle durian waft .The good kind, not the funky one. The snack it self is a bit sweet and also quite hollow because it's corn based. One of my favorite growing up.
Does it smell bad ? 😂
My grandmother bought them and I have to say, it's actually not bad! Maybe it's because I like durian, but it smells good too
@@JM-is3qj it's not too bad but if you're not having a great time w durian.... I guess it will be bad🤣
Those little panda cookies were the cutest things I've ever seen. Not a bad haul of goodies for the price
Recognized that "Today" snowball 👀
They're made in Turkey but a company in my town imports their snacks and sells them to alot of the locally owned shops around here. I like their stuffed croissants and Goldie cakes
I like those snowballs. I got them in a snack exchange, and ate the whole batch.
@Samsa çavuş Lucky! Turkey is a beautiful country!
Yeah,my dad used to buy them alot lol xd
@@AlphaMachina no dont think like that, our money is not even enough to buy anything, the economy is very bad

No goldies are ripoff twinkies
So just say twinkies.
@@LongerbungerWell goldies is the name of it. So if you say twinkies it'd just change the meaning.
It’s enjoyable to look at the variety of snacks offered in other countries. Wish I could try them one day.
I appreciate that he doesn’t hold unreasonable expectations for cheap or convenience based foods. You know they aren’t going to be amazing but they can still be flavorful, filling, sweet or savory etc. I trust his review! 🎉

the snowballs slap, we purposely order those lol
I enjoy watching all of your videos. I especially like the dollar store videos. I live in Hagerstown MD USA. We have dollar trees. Everything use to be a dollar. Now they raised the prices to everything $1.25. Your dollar store is remarkable. You would never be able to get the kinds of products you do, for the price you do, in the United States. Looking forward to your next video!!
I just wish these foods could pass our food regulation standard
The U.S. Has standards? Everything is made with soybeans now
@@jenny3742 yeah, SOME people in the United states have standards. Do you??
A lot of these looked really tasty! I would love more dollar store food tries!
I'm moving to Asia, for these Dollar Store snacks! I liked the looks of that Calamansi Plum Drink the best. I got a kick out of how often you made a mess while opening the packages. :P
2:21 it’s not only angry bite but angry opening too!
4:45 The popcorn was so tasty even the tiny bug had to have a quick taste 😆
Lol
This man is merciless with opening snacks.
Easily one of your best videos. I love the magic place you live in with the amazing stores and very cool snack items with creative packaging. There seems to be an endless supply of stores, vending machines and unique restaurants and part of the reason I love you folks and for sampling all these foods. Thanks, DancingBacons.
I really enjoy these videos. The places you go to always look very clean and the food is packaged above and beyond than what we see here in this country.
12:10 Damnnn that skill.😂😂😂😂😂
Loved eating the durian popcorn snack when i was in primary school..
Could easily find them in the under the block mama shops! 😋
The cheap dollar store videos are my favorite that you do 😍 I love the weird Asian flavors
It's kind of insensitive to call flavors and food from other cultes "weird," how about different! X)
@@paigepaiitrue. let's go with unique, I like seeing all the unique Asian flavors
I miss chocolate glasses so much. My mom was extremelly strict, I was not allowed to buy those. I was just looking at my friends when they ate them, they felt bad too so sometimes we were hiding from my mom so that they could give me some of those chocolattes haha good memories
That's quite a nice selection, I kind of want to try the durian popcorn.
Great shopping there, it's almost like a huge grocery haul.
the mini panda shortbread was my childhood :( i used to ask my mother to buy them every day :’) memories

The Chicken Rendang dumpings looked delcious!

durian popcorn snack looked interesting😋
Thank you. I always watch your videos to relax, it calms me so much! And your descriptions are always on point
Wish I could try most of these!! Well done Bacons, knocked it out of the park again!
Those snacks looked good. Nice you all have dollar store that sell interesting snacks. Thanks for sharing, hope you have a great week.
9:05 is still my favourite, still buys it for me when for my brother ❣️
I just went to this shop yesterday! used to be that they sell breads too, but these days it's just snacks and cakes. Sad because their bread would be the cheapest among other brands. Combine with peanut butter and jam (also available there) you could make a decent pb&j for a few dollars.
p.s. I heard the hash browns in the frozen section of mr dollar comes from the same factory that makes for McD. I don't know if it's the truth but they do taste the same!
They way he opened that packet! 😂 “oops”
3:50 we have similar drinks here in Germany for kids, called "Dreh und Trink" (turn/twist and drink). Unlike the cap you need to cut off, they feature one you twist off.
A lot of these look very yummy, i wish i Cloud try them!
Thanks for the great video!
We used to have something similar to 3:23 in the uk years ago and in the summer we would put them in the freezer!
You mean ice candy? I had those in philippines when i had swimming lessons with my brother, we had those during break time!
Here in the Uk we have the bombee's but called boobee's and them blue cola things we have a few flavours here too i think i loved them both as a kid.
Sorry for being immature but what were they thinking when they called it "Boobee's" lol
@@roby4504 I've no clue lol it's funny though as a kid it was always funny to say "I want a boobee mum" lmao
I love the trees with your house !
In California a 99 cent store or dollar store is crappy. The first one you opened that had many small packs..well here you could get one small individual pack for 99 cents. You wouldn't find a package with multiple tiny packages in it for that price.
I’m kinda sick rn, and this being notified to me has brightened my day. Keep uploading DancingBacons! :)
Stop jumping up and down on your bed, listening to Rammstein and call me in the morning.

Today Goldie’s reminds me of a Twinkie
Malaysian snacks is awesome!
I love dollar store finds! The cookies near the end were MACRONS a cousin to MACAROONS. Macrons is an Italian version of the sandwich cookie and Macaroons is the French version. Sometimes I mix those up though 🤔 lol. The French version uses coconut flour I believe. So the "cookie" is different. They use similar fillings. I love both. Great, now I have to go find some macaroons 🤣. Craving!!
French macarons ( not macaroons ) are made from almond, powder sugar, sugar and egg whites, it's almost like a meringue cookie. But there's another kind of cookie made with coconut named macaron, but totally different shape
A macaroon is more like a coconut topping, rather than a cookie (but I may be wrong.)
*sigh*
"macarons" are the light sandwich cookie pictured on the packaging, made of ground almonds, coming in many flavours, and being the face of many a patissiere bc they're a right pain to make well.
"macaroons" are the dense, shapeless coconut cookies that are the scourge of every grandma's repertoire and exist mainly to use up unwanted dessicated coconut and disappoint people who thought they were getting macarons.
"Macron" is the current president of france.
Props to the people who make affordable food and treats for kids
Seeing the Bombee drinks at 3:26 reminded me of watching Ashens many years ago. Simpler times.
Malaysian here, and those Popo Murukku and the durian snack is a must have for travelling! I don’t like Durian (I’m fine with the smell) but the snack is yummy!
(Also as a big fan of Malaysian cartoons was disappointed at him not mentioning Ejen Ali at 13:47 lol. Also a big BoBoiBoy Galaxy fan so I immediately spotted him on a drink at 0:44 😂 I watch too much cartoons)
sheesh, those 12-pack of small snack bags cost $.50-$.75 cents each here in the states! per bag, not bundle!
Fr that’s like a Costco dollar store lol
If we had a store like that in Britain, the snacks would be 36p and the store would always be empty of stock. Now that is one bargain store.
Interestingly those "Bombee" drinks are more well-known in their original name "Boobee" so I can totally understand why they changed it haha
Como amo estos videos de snacks. Aunque me de mucha hambre viéndolos😂, soy muy fan😍!
Holy moly. Bacon, you for real just made me remember the show I use to watch. Upin & Ipin.
The bombee’s look very similar to an old uk drink called boo bees (honestly look it up) I loved them as a kid and the name made it even better 😂

i think the wacky stuff you can find at dollar stores can be a fun treasure hunt. sometimes its terrible, but sometimes you luck out and find something incredible and wonder how it's so cheap. but at least for the ones that suck, you dont feel toooo bad, since they were cheap too. this local store that sold factory seconds and dented cans was the prime place to go for wacky snacks. found this barbecue kettle corn that was sweet and savory and very tasty, and it was 50c a bag.

There are reasons why the DIY founder(s) is/are wealthy. Safe and THOUGHTFUL lines of products, and never hold on to just a few ones, to "establish identity" or something.
Went to get some same stuff from DIY and they don't have those any more. Range qualities of the new ones are similar and a lot of times better, so no complaints.
They know what they're doing.
I love these dollar store videos so much
