Hi guys, always been a fan of Bumblebee because it takes me back to my good old riding days. I recall you named her Bumblebee because you were a fan of the Bumblebee but was it for the bee or the transformers? Take care and we love you all.
I never rode a motorbike until we bought the Yamaha MIOi 125cc for Bumblebee. My drive from the dealership to our house was my first time ever on a motorbike.😃 Both Dazel and I have seen all the Transformers movies and our favorite is Bumblebee. 🐝 Take care our friends. Love you both.
@@dazeltv1351 hope you can make a video on where you had that made. Same as you, never rode a motorcycle. So a trike or custom sidecar to a scooter might work for me.
@@CaliforniaBear619 It is easy to find a tricycle shop anywhere in the Philippines that can build a sidecar for any motorbike. Tricycles are the number one public transportation in the Philippines. Yes; I would recommend a custom sidecar to a scooter for someone that hasn't ridden a motorbike before. Here's a link to a video we made on Bumblebee: ua-cam.com/video/tuKpC4RA9LM/v-deo.html
The timeframe of 2 yrs for a generic, is not bad at all, they don’t have scooter with a 250 cc engines, everything is only 125cc, 250 cc is more powerful than 125cc, regards from South Boston MA!
The Yamaha Nmax, 155cc, is one of the most popular scooters in the Philippines. That is what most expats buy here; cost about $2,700. That's really enough power I think riding here in the provinces. You can't go too fast in the province because of the roads; not well maintained. You could be cruising and all of a sudden a big pothole. Also, many motorcycle riders crash into dogs because they are going too fast.
I’ve never ridden a motorcycle in my life before I bought the scooter; I still don’t know how to ride a manual motorcycle. 🤣 I put a sidecar on the scooter because I didn’t feel comfortable riding it in traffic in Kalibo. Motorcycle riders in the Philippines are extremely aggressive; feels like a drag race on the streets here. 🤣 I’m glad we have the sidecar because it feels a lot safer. Thank you for watching our videos my friend.
It's absolutely AMAZING how little that great quality motorbikes are in Asia and how cheap they are to operate and maintain. I drove my Honda 125i all over Thailand, Cambodia & Laos for 16 yrs ..put over 234,000+ kilomters on it and it was just broken in. I'm wondering the same as another guy commenting here ...Ginno, how much for the side car installed and parts? Thanks friend. Blessings, Patrick
The custom-made sidecar cost around $1,000. Here's a link to our Bumblebee video: ua-cam.com/video/tuKpC4RA9LM/v-deo.html Take care my friend. Stay blessed.
Hey USAF bro, I stay in Cebu Metro area and always on the fence about getting a scooter like yours but really don't want to get involved with a accident as a tourist exemption extender here... I get around with grab and trikes here but I like your little scooter and the freedom of it. Take care y'all..... Smitty
I totally understand my brother. That's why I put the sidecar on the scooter. I didn't feel safe riding the motorbike without the sidecar. The scooter was the first motorbike I've ever ridden in my life. 😃 I would be doing the same as you if I lived in the city here. Take care my brother.
Has the Mio 125 been good even with having the weight of a sidecar? I felt like because of my size (200 pounds) I might need a little bit bigger bike and especially if I have a sidecar.
I’ll let you ride Bumblebee 🐝; so you can get a feel if you need a bigger motorbike. Our sidecar is good for one person only. If you get a bigger sidecar; might need to go 150cc. 😁
Load-test the battery and see if it is still good. The bike probably just needs fresher coil..and/or plug. And get the carb cleaned if it has not been done. I worked on cars and bikes and still do to this day.
@@dazeltv1351 come on man - men should own some tools. LOL. But I get you-if you want the other guy to get his hand dirty instead. I feel that too sometimes. But I am a stickler to see if they know what they are doing. LOL.
You'll always have my full support. Best regards/Ned👍👍
Thank you our friend.
Good video!
Thank you our friend!
Sounds like a very reliable scooter. Thanks for sharing 👍🏾
You’re welcome my good friend.
Any information on the sidecar would be great.
Yeah that's sweet. I'd like a custom side cart, shaped like a VW Bus.
Love your sidecar
Thank you my friend.

We like Bumblebee too! Both Dazel and I enjoy driving it.
I wish i had traveled to Kalibo when i was in Roxas City, I like the look of your community ,
If you do next time you go to the Philippines; let me know my friend. We would be happy to show you around Kalibo and surrounding areas. Take care.
Thanks!
Thank you my brother.
I learn a lot from you, Ginno
I’m happy that you reached out; and now we have become good friends. Take care brother.

I rented a Mio in Siquijor, and it could carry two people up the mountain easily. Very surprising little bike.
We've taken Bumblebee on the mountain roads here in Aklan. Never had any issues.
I like motorcycles but scooters not so much, I enjoy your videos around Aklan and Kalibo.

That's highway robbery, that dealer charge too much on parts and labor.Report them to Better Business Bureau.
Dealerships always charge more for their service.
