I'd recommend other build for Executioner Lok-1: 11312. This OC is already quite ammo conserving, so it makes more sense to turn it inyo a heavy damaging "smart marksman gun" - tier 1A & tier 5B upgrades make it really slappin'. Also, the 'Better Lok Indication' mod might help with using it. Great PGL build tho. I opened it for myself quite recently and burning rival tech is so nice. Before it, I used to run the Light-Weigh Cases Breach Cutter for IS mission, just to damage the Caretaker from any position.
