    about me personally I've been watching asmr since 2014 and have watched asmr almost every single night ever since and decided to start making content myself as it has helped me sleep with anxiety and panic attacks.

    Hey Dylan, I’ve watched your videos for a few months now and I live your content. You talk about having haters but I don’t know what they would hate on for, your great man! I’ve always wanted to own my own business but as you said, it’s sooo much work man. I’m not trying to tell you how to run your business but I think if ( I haven’t seen the whole shop so don’t completely know) you blew out those walls and left like one or 2 offices or extra rooms the shop would look great. Maybe a green and black color way theme for the shop. Keep it up and do a full shop walkthrough your content is great and maybe I’ll visit the shop someday :)

    My local gun store has map pricing as well. Sig, Glock, S&W, Wilson Combat all are at a set price. People come into his shop and get pissed when he won't price match PSA. He is right at academy sports prices so I generally buy from him unless there's something I really want from Palmetto State and it's at a clearance price.

    what is the point of MAP? i don't know about it and i don't know if Canada (where I'm from) has anything like that,

    • @Dylanman22ASMR
      @Dylanman22ASMR  11 місяців тому +1

      Map pricing means that I can’t advertise below a certain price set by the manufacturer. An example would be that Glock sets the price of a g19 at 550 so I can’t sell it for lower than that

    • @awwgordy
      @awwgordy 11 місяців тому

      @@Dylanman22ASMR is it enforced solely by the manufacturer? or by legislation as well?

    • @Dylanman22ASMR
      @Dylanman22ASMR  11 місяців тому +3

      It’s just enforced by the manufacturer so if I have a gun below MAP price on my website then the manufacturer can refuse to sell me anymore guns so it’s not worth going below it

    • @Murali1974
      @Murali1974 6 місяців тому

      A lot of industries including automotive mattress, firms etc have MAP pricing. This is done primarily to protect the brand value and prevent steep discounts that affect customer perception of the brand. This is done in Canada too. Most luxury/high value brands across any industry, strictly enforce MAP pricing. A perfect example is Apple with the iPhone
