Victoria Beckham and the Olsen twins are the only ones to successfully transition from entertainment to fashion. All those other stars wish they could get on this level with their “Collabs”

As happy as I am for them for finding success in a passion, this success has also made them turn down opportunities for them to make happy those who, other than family, rooted for them at the very start. (VB not joining the Spice Girls Tour, the Olsen twins not joining the Fuller House Cast) I understand they're busy and the twins never had a choice in becoming child stars, just pointing out the other side of the coin.

Katinka0218 But Victoria and the Olsen twins decided to completely devote themselves to fashion and switched their careers. Other celebs who only do "collabs" still act, or sing, and they do fashion only as a marketing strategy.
I love how she curates her own workplace and the staff are comfortably being themselves. Even int'l fashion houses are struggling to achieve this organizational success. No matter of the house's financial woes (as per reports), VB's independent spirit and consistent outputs is going to outlast any worldly disruption.

Victoria always look so chic and put together but also like she hasn’t tried, she makes it look so easy, I gotta change my wardrobe 😭 90% are pjs tbh at this stage!

Am Barbara.Her hair is so natural and i love the length now.looks so much classer than all these awful cheap extentions everyone has.theres nothing as healthy looking as nature. No messing with straggly extentions etc and so easy.She looks amazing and pretty. Unlike the other spice girls who u can tell have botox and no class. Baby spice still tries to look like a baby with all that straggly hair and Jerrys stil got that boring gift of the gab lol.

And this is why she can't be with the Spice Girls, she is a very busy woman, and the fashion world doesn't stop for a reunion tour. The amount of work that is put on with a tour would clash with the busy world of fashion. Go Victoria.

I need more information on the sharing of boots and shoes during a show. When would that happen? How would they walk back out, at the end of the show?
Karen Jean Hunt not all the clothes is shown at the end, just a part, maybe half. Only Chanel can afford 90 models for 90 looks :) so models can do 2 walks with 2 outfits, therefore different shoes, while other models take those shoes 😂 i hope this make sense !🤔☺️

The designs look amazing but, what about fashion for the average sized woman ? Not everyone is a size 4 or 6. The UK average size is 16 (U.S size 14) and U.S 16 (Uk 18) and it's the same for most of Europe. It would be nice to see average sized models
A lot of these designers who specialise in high fashion do not know how to design for plus size women. A lot of people think it's about going a size more or using more fabric but it's actually a lot more complicated than that. Especially when you take into consideration that these clothes have to flatter bigger women. In addition, I would argue they don't design for women who are short as well.
Show us please your back office staff, like accounting team...do they exist in your company? 😃

What does she do? What is exactly her job here? Watching this video I've seen many people working, doing their part of the deal...But I saw Victoria only like a couple of times, walking around in a coat...People in her team work really hard! But I wish I could see Victoria in this video doing the same...
She’s making all the decisions. It succeeds or fails because of her. She assembled the team and gives them the brief. It’s all her vision coming to life. Then she’s directing the execution of the plan. Project management. The fact she’s not bossing them about every 5 mins indicates she’s not a micro manager and trusts her team.
