Obviously because u r learning standard SAP but in real time more than 60 percent is customized as per the client requirement. So u should have an open minded attitude to learn new things and face the challenges in real time.

But when I look for job, mostly eligibility criteria is min 3 yrs exp. I think they should also give more chance to 1+ yrs experience candidates because they have also worked on real time projects and it should depend on interview. Atleast they should allow such candidates to participate in the process.
