My wrists have been very bad for over 3 months. Physios on the English nhs have been useless and i have no diagnosis. Collagen and vit c hasnt helped. Im at a loss. Ive lost muscle from no gym.
How about PRP and / or Shockwave? I am just recently ruptured my right achilles and now seem to be have pain in the left. Would those treatments help considering I am in a boot NWB for the other foot.
There aren't any exercises that will help this condition without treatment first - so we won't be uploading any exercises since they won't work for people with chronic OSIS or ITIS.

Hi friend so sorry to hear this! What doctors have you seen so far for it?
What is the tool you are using for the treatment passes?

Highly recommend Shockwave for this purpose. It's extremely effective. Make sure you get it treated with the achilles pulled tight and not flaccid.
Nice explanation. thanks Dr for sharing your experience
Anytime!!
Do i need an mri?
For adhesion Nop but you could get it to find one more about what could be causing your pain, an evaluation would be needed

Are you going to upload the exercises for this condition. I’ve had this for 2-3 years and I really would like to fix it. Thank you for the video
