Why can’t we hold on to a lead? Home vs Huddersfield

Return to the CBS in front of the Sky Sports cameras and under the floodlights.
Both teams going into the game in the wrong half of the table and struggling for wins to move them into the top half. City suffering with injuries to key players and only one striker firing on all cylinders so far this season.
Having completed the double over Huddersfield last season, there was hope amongst some fans (not Charlie as you’ll see) that we could continue with the good run against Huddersfield.
Cov started brightly and lead at half time with a lucky goal, Ayari getting his first of the season having joined on loan from Brighton although he didn’t know much about it, and a question over offside which was confirmed as on side at half time.
Into the 2nd half and City sat back and invited pressure, which gave Huddersfield encouragement to press on in search of an equaliser which eventually came in 4 minutes of added time to send the City fans home disappointed after being so close to securing our 2nd win of the season.
We now move on to Saturday and away at QPR although Charlie & I won’t be there this season.
