I understand a channel maintaining a certain level of decorum and I also prefer to conduct myself in a respectable, respectful manner, especially in public. Although you do have the right to use swear words, the pepper chief's home has rules to abide by, and one is just keeping it family friendly. That's all there is to it. If you want to talk adult to another adult then by all means but there is a time and a place for everything.
So , it's impossible to have a cool , good time without swearing ? When you see a bad kid they are , to a large degree , a reflection of their surroundings and upbringing. They don't get born bad , it contaminates them as they get older .

I am a hardcore online gamer that games with all age groups. My ArmA 3 unit took great issue with the language being used around minors on our server. So we started banning people who just wouldn't stop. Cussing when only adults around is fine by me just not around a child.

A lot of people may not know this, but Johnnie use to be in a lot of child predator catching channels. He would watch live catches of child predators, and we would talk in the comments on the live chats.
Johnnie is very concerned about the welfare of children, and has been for years. I haven’t seen him in that community for a couple years…but I miss having him there.
I use to joke with him about making the child predators snort primotalli powder 🤣
It has become difficult to leave comments or even watch other channels. I wish I had a YT account without my name on it. I wish I could blend in on line

I was once told that using swear words in typical every day dialect shows a lack of intelligence. One should be able to articulate what they feel/mean through proper usage of their native language. I believe this holds true to this day, and could have saved this person from this moment. Either way problem solved lets move on, thank you for standing up for your channel and the way you do things. I know that my DAUGHTER loves to watch this channel with me and WE thank you.
LOL, you *STARTED* this channel to create a safe space without cursing. IIRC, you started it because there weren't any safe spaces- everyone was alcohol/cursing/up-chucking... and you wanted one place that would be family friendly. I've been here since pre-20k (probably lurking pre-10k)- this has always been how it is.
As a person who swears more than a little too much, I with you mate, swearing doesn't make something cool. Personally, if a community I like has rules I would struggle with, I will just not post my drivel for them to endure...what some might call being respectful
