“Inspector’s Tools” - Carried within the “Tool Belt” during a typical “Home Inspection”

This El Paso Ace Inspectors video shows the various tools carried within the “Tool Belt” and kept at the fingertips of the inspector during a typical house inspection. Although other instruments like a “Carbon Monoxide Detector”, “Combustible Gas Leak Detector”, a “Step Stool” and “Ladders” are also used during the home inspection, this Ace Inspectors video concentrates on the inspector’s tools carried within the “Tool Belt”.
Please note, out of all of the inspector’s tools within the “Tool Belt”, the customers are typically most impressed by the “Ball”. Its accurate determination of slope and its simple ingenuity impresses the majority of the customers. The “Ball” is also a big hit with resident dogs.
