Thank you Dave Swift for the review. By the way, most of the bug you experienced has been resolved on the final release. I know it was a hectic release for last couple of days on the pre-release stages.
Thanks Shahjahan Jewel! I'm glad to hear the bugs are already getting removed. Congrats on a great product. I'm looking forward to seeing it grow. I'll check back with a deeper review after using it for a while.
Thank you for this video. This is what I need right away. It’s simple, flat to the website, and I can choose which files types a customer can submit; .pdf only! Continue to save lives.
Thanks so much for your videos, Dave, I can't tell you how useful it is to have someone who actually goes through and uses these tools properly and points out the issues that we will invariably run into when we try to use them ourselves! So many videos just describe the product without giving any idea of the true experience of using it. Much appreciated. Cheers, Peter.
Thank you for your review. It was very thorough. In your next video, can you show how the plugin works with Woocommerce? Is it possible to open a support ticket from product page or order page, possibly with the product name or order number with the ticket?
Its a great video. I just want to ask that how my agents going to login and see the tickets i have assigned to them. Is it possible that we can make exe file of our support system, if yes then how? How they are going to manage the complaints?
You would add your agents as users to your website. You can create a frontend agent portal and save your website as a PWA so there is icon on the desktop. fluentsupport.com/docs/forntend-agent-portal/
Thank you Dave, Fluent support seems to be quite idle online. Is something else replacing it? Is Fluent forms adequate enough?? Have you moved on from using it?
What’s the best? Fluent Support or Thrivedesk? (I know one is inside wordpress and the other outside) but if they give one of those for free to keep, which you choose?
Can you please tell them to make a integration with woofunnels ? One more if fluent team make live chat that will be killer so we can create ticket from live chat Thanks :)
WooFunnels should already work in the sense that it uses WooCommerce, so data would still populate in Fluent Support. Live chat won't happen on WordPress. PHP isn't a good solution for that. I think they'll likely just add support for third party chat software.
The free version is the same but it doesn't include the email piping (customers can open or respond a ticket from their email inbox), integrations, webhooks, or custom fields.
Yes, it would be a simple fix. Just heard from the founder and it sounds like they might have already fixed it. Thanks for watching, glad you liked the review. 👍
So this only work with the other Integrations if installed on the same site. So to setup this plugin on it's own site and have a support site for different sites and products should work fine but the Integrations won't be able to work correct. Wonder if the client would see the other products/sites emails they sent in too....or just the ones from the ticket request. Really not the greatest idea to have the support system on the same site as the product site....I would install it on it's own site but this system may not be that kind of system....

This is probably the most compelling WP based support solution yet! Ill for sure need to check this out!
It would help if you deal with your paid customers! your support system is a joke!!

Glad it was helpful!

The way you explained the features of the plugins by breaking In sections is wonderful, Even i recently made a whole new video on in.
Thanks!

Hey Sahil, I made this video and posted it today! ua-cam.com/video/pQ7bHHA6JBs/v-deo.html
@@dave-swift Thanks. Appreciate it.
That what i didn't see is ticket ID, it is more practical if the tickets have an ID, like that it will be easy to track them
Each ticket does get an ID, you can see the ticket number next to the ticket name. Searching for the ticket number brings it right up.
Thanks, Dave. I really enjoyed the video.
Glad you enjoyed it, Inspired Screens!
Great insight Dave, thank you.
Thanks Mike, glad to help!

Personally, I use Freescout. We host and manage this for clients as well, but it's pretty easy to maintain.
Thank you@@dave-swift
that weird login redirect drives me nuts, hope they fix that quick
Agreed! I forgot to check that one in my follow up video but I just checked (Ok -- maybe I typed my password wrong) and it's still there.

For me, it’s Fluent Support.

This video is based on the "pro" version. Do you one for the "free" version?
The free version is the same but it doesn't include the email piping (customers can open or respond a ticket from their email inbox), integrations, webhooks, or custom fields.
The upload probably has to do with your PHP settings (upload max file size)
Nope, upload works fine. It's the redirect that isn't working.
@@dave-swift Ok. Then it is indeed something they will still fix. Great tutorial thanks for uploading! 👍😉

Correct, this is not that kind of a system. It's really meant to be on the same server.
@@dave-swift Thanks for the info...
Why in God's name "why would you even want to put a support desk in wordpress... that's a dumb idea!".... There now we can move on :)
Thank you for being there for me. 😂
