Then i did a few years of grad school for biomedical science with an emphasis on neuroscience and getting a degree absolutely does not mean you are smart. When i started at my current job there were nurses, doctors, med techs, and people with only high school diplomas all doing the same job (and I’m gonna be honest, the 2 with the highest degrees were at the bottom of the list for how skilled they were at the job). After all the school is done, you realize that most employers do not care where you got your degree, they either care more about who you know or how well you can actually do the job. So to the younger ones that might read this, dont go into a ton of debt for college unless your parents can afford it easily. The person from the local community college is just as qualified as the person from a prestigious university if their degree is the exact same.
I can confidently say that the only people I know who actually made the debt worth it went to like Stanford or similar. The connections and resources available at that level is just incomparable.

well i mean some schools do actually punish for it just because they don't know if you've left the school property or not and during school times you are under their care and thus if something were to happen they'd be partially responsible, so like its not *that* backward if they can't find you like lily admitted to

dude if you go back a few years you can really hear how sykkunos voice has relaxed and become a bit less "anime boy". I get Lily so much on the topic of just going with them when our pets pass. My cat Snickers passed away in May because she was breaking down and losing herself, so we had to put her down. I almost regret putting it off for so long because seeing her limping when she walked and not recognize me much hurt. I’m the type of person that holds in my tears when I’m around other people, but when I hugged her limp body at the vet I cried more loudly than I ever did in my life in a place people other than my family could probably hear. She was my first pet, I grew up with her, and she was my biggest support in my life whenever I felt sad. I felt a closeness to her that couldn’t be described with words. Now that she’s gone I feel like something is missing in my life. I would give anything to see her and pet her just one more time.
I understand you exactly. The rawest I've ever cried is when my childhood cat died. It's the most painful feeling, and I didn't recover for a long time.

Holy crap Lily's painting is absolutely amazing, so fricking cute. I have to say when I started watching OTV content I wasn't the biggest fan of Lily, I thought she just yelled and complained about everything. Over time I have realized how smart and talented she really is, she really cares about everyone around her and has such a huge heart. I now see how everything she does is to help those around her and to challenge and better everyone around her.
