I regret not keeping my first car , a 68 charger with the 383 , auto, hooker headers, edlebrock manifold, crager mags, holly 4 barrel. Red with black vinyl top and interior! Bought it for 1200 bucks in 79, sold it a few years later for the same price. Cant believe what they are going for now! Just a rusted shell are going for 5 to 10 grand! Wish i just put it in a barn back then !!
great picks this week! The 69 F-100 is real nice and a bargain for the price, but my vote(s) go to the two Colorado cars. The CJ is a true bargain IMHO, and looks to be in great shape. But tyhe Invicta is... just stunning! How I'd love to take that cruising on a Saturday night!
In our British Car Club , the Lucas electrical system is known as the Prince of Darkness. I once went over some railroad tracks and the light switch popped out of the dash and the parts went flying. That electrical system had left more than a few people stranded, but they are a lot of fun for cheap
That Fury takes me way back, in 1975 my first car was a 1964 Plymouth Belvedere 225 slant 6, push button automatic, a lot of fun back then I've had a lot of 60'S no regrets
I guess I’ll start with the obligatory 60 . Just for good measure, 60 again. I want a bunch of them! The valiant,Torino, even the rambler! Keep up the great videos, Solon!
60. I like the Ford wagon and the '60 Buick Invicta. My brother recently sold his 1963 Impala SS coupe. It was beautiful, black over red, with a 327/300, but he was terrified to drive it on his local crowned roads with no shoulders! So it had to go.
Hellos Solon. My worst vintage car was a ....19----60----- Buick Electra convertable. It was Basket case from day 1 but it did run with a with 401 nail head looking back now i wish i kept it. It would have made a cool rat rod....thanks again for another awsome video. bobby
My regret was a 1960 triumph tr3. BRG in color and full racing cam. Had it up to 115 on closed track. Unfortunately it was in Chicago and it had no heater. Fun to drive in summer time.
The one I regretted was a 1968 Plymouth. Right after I bought it, I had a flat tire. I jacked up the car the body came up, but not the tire. I looked under the and saw the frame was totally rusted out.
1970 MG Midget! Impossible to keep front shocks and tie rods aligned and I won't even go through all the electrical! Very unsafe and I'm lucky to have survived driving (?) it for 5 years.
60 my regrettable purchase was a 67 and a 68 ford pickup set to restore one or the other. The trouble started when I found that they may look alike but 68 was the first year for the new electronics and there was nothing alike. I was 24 years old and frustrated. My regret is that I sold them instead of restoring both of them.
I've owned some piles in my life, but I can't say I regret any of them. Great experiences from all of them
60 Baby! I was 12 and had a great childhood!

1968 Pontiac Firebird w/400, 4 speed. This thing would never stay on the road in wet weather. The Quadrabog 4V carb was a nightmare also.
