i think it's better to go with 1440p as there'll be better text quality if you're buying it for coding or productive use cases

Jab Laptop ko is monitor say connect karta hoon toh 2K resoloution mein 30Hz show karta hai. Laptop Lenovo Legion 5i 10th gen GPU 1650. Cable used monitor ke sath jo mili. Cable Tested on LG 4K TV 120hz and Laptop Showing 120Hz. Laptop Not Duplicating to Monitor but all other options working.

Can go with C port if budget is not an issue, but if you have limited budget then go with without type c version
