From what we know about the Aeons, there is no authority to be taken. Given how the Stonehearts are an extension of the Preservation, and what we know about the previous "war among the Aeons" (the Swarm Disaster and Rubert's War), it is more likely their preparation involves trying to prevent major catastrophic losses that the universe will mostly likely suffer due to the Aeons' clash.
It's quite the opposite, they're helping the gods.

They planning to pull wars amongst Aeons so that they can gain more profit. More planets being annihilated, they will come to save you as saviours. They "saving" these poor planets that's on war or chaos so they can gain profits. That's what IPC are

The Ten Stonehearts are Topaz, Aventurine, Jade, Pearl, Obsidian, Opal, Sugilte, Agate, Sapphire, and Amber. In the description of the trailer it also says “Diamond allows the Ten Stonehearts to be independent, with decisions made via equal votes.”

Some things I noticed
-The Ten Stonehearts are Amber, Agate, Topaz, Sugilite, Aventurine, Pearl,Sapphire, Jade, Obsidian, Opal. In the order they are shown at the end.
-Sapphire and Amber don’t speak. Instead Pearl does for them. Amber’s face is covered and harder to make out. Sapphire is the only one not facing us
-Pearl is an Intellitron
-When it’s Sapphire’s turn to vote a hippogriff shows up. Hippogriffs symbolize love.
-The thing Opal has is a Baby Pacifier.
I think the one speaking for sapphire was either her speaking in third person or obsidian

Opal is the kid, they're leading the meeting. It's a bit confusing. Diamond is the leader but apparently not one of the ten stone hearts. Obsidian is the vampire lady and she cast her vote and Agate's vote.
Edit: Pearl is the one leading the meeting but Opal breaks the tie.
It makes sense that Diamond is not one of the stone hearts. He is an emenator of the preservation and much more powerful and doesnt need to use a stone i guess.
Wait diamond isn't part of the ten stoneheart? Cause I thought he is just that he doesn't show up to anything and usually need a proxy. Like even in this trailer diamond is just telling the other nine stoneheart to decide aventurine fate but not him.
Actually, Pearl (who is also the intellitron) is the one leading the meeting I think? And Diamond is one of the ten stonehearts. If you count you will notice only nine votes are cast here - Diamond chose to abstain but they're still one of the ten.

The reason it's 4v4 is because Opal didn't vote yet and Aventurine CAN'T vote. They're voting to decide if they should kick Aventurine out or not, Aventurine will of course not be able to vote on that matter, which is why there are only 8 votes before Opal. It's also pretty confusing who's meant to be the leader after Diamond, since it was mentioned Jade was representing Diamond when Aventurine met with her, but Opal seems to be leading in this trailer (maybe because he might be the next one we meet?), and Pearl is also the one speaking for the ones who are not speaking as if she is in a higher position.
Edit: Just rewatched the video, Pearl was appointed by Diamond as chair for Aventurine's punishment, so that's probably why she's speaking for the silent/neutral Stonehearts.

Up to now, we have owned three characters from 10 stone hearts including Topaz, Aventurine and Jade, this makes me look forward to the future appearances of the remaining members, because they look both beautiful and cool!

Not really, IPC and the Architect work independently even though both follow Qlipoth. Not to mention how it's heavily imply in topaz quest that IPC don't even give a damn even if the planet are under Architect protection, IPC will still extort them

Obsidian, Sapphire, and Diamond look the most interesting to me. A "Vampire", Knight, and a yet as unkown leader. I could see some conflict between a "Vampire and Knight" situation.

It's a bit odd to me that they really do feel like a Fatui parallel, but they also feel much, much less prominent in Star Rail than the Fatui are in Genshin. They're important, but they're not particularly focal, which feels like there being nearly as many of them as there are Harbingers might be excessive. So many of them are going to be wasted, as there's no chance they'll all get even a third as much attention as Aventurine did... and if they do, it feels like they SHOULD be more prominent by now.
I have almost the same exact tastes as mina, so im super excited for Obsidian (The girl in the pool of blood), she can bite me anyday of the week, at any hour. I am as excited for the little boy because if hes playable, he is the first shota model in any hoyo game released after Impact 3rd. tons of loli's but not a single shota. Its like little boys never existed, more so than colored people
