- In this video tutorial you can find one answered question:
I would like to solve in Creo Mechanism. As You can see in the picture that I attached, there is one body (object 1) which is supported on three feets. Another body (object 2) moves in one direction (along x-axis) on guides that are mounted on object 1. My problem is to set proper connection between feets and object 1 and object 2, which would allowe me to measure force reaction change in each feet, while movement of object 2.
Is it possible to do such simulation in creo?
My answer is... try to check my video :)
Cool! Be sure to repeat when I come on vacation after a shift from work. Please continue to record video tutorials on dynamic analysis.
That was excellent. I had to start and stop a lot, but I eventually built on that works.
Thanks John for your positive feedback. Sometimes is very hard to show and explain in the few minutes all necessary steps... But I am glad that is possible to view tutorial more than one time ;) Stay tuned. Vladimir
Hello sir,
Actually i have 1 structure, it is just standing on the floor but not mounted by any fasteners. i want the force value for pushing it on the top edge to fall down. is there any way to find it on creo. Please reply sir....
Hi, thank you for your question but I think that is not possible (I do not know how to setup necessary conditions for this example)
Please try to ask on PTC Community
Thanks again Vladimir!
Cool, Simple and Easy
helped a lot. thank you so much
i'm loving all your mechanism videos. Thanks a lot. I would like to see a mechanism where a square block slides over an inclined table and falls to the ground by gravity when table top is inclined by some angle. Could you do it for us please. This doesn't happen when i use slider connection. I am unable to give 3d contact either. Appreciate all your efforts for the community. Thanks -Raj
Hi Raj, thanks for your positive feedback and question. I will try to find some example... Looks good to me. Stay tuned. Vladimir
please tell me how to create that orientation in ribbon please -front back left right all i need so much.
I hope that this quick video is answer to your question: ua-cam.com/video/fEfjt_-aMok/v-deo.html
Is it possible to measure force at any point?
Try to use Reaction measurement
