So funny! I literally go to bed at night dreaming of that first sip of morning coffee. I am super healthy as well, exercise, two kids, eat well and I have my coffee with a splash of oat milk on an empty stomach after a cup of water. Love it! PS - straws are a game changer for me too. We call those paper straws "liberal straws" in my family. ;)

New here... Are you on a keto diet? I eat similar to you on keto and also love the Catalina Crunch but haven't seen the fruit cereal, will be trying that for sure!!! You're inspiring me to increase my workouts..it's hard to balance it as a homeschooling mom.

I tell people that everyone has different goals for fitness. If goal is to lose weight then you're going to have to do stuff differently than if your goal is building muscle. And if your goal is to be healthy, then find something you enjoy doing. Because it will never last if you don't like doing it.
I needed to hear this- listening to your body and allowing flexibility with routines is what I struggle with

Our bodies are all so different and we have to find what works best for us. I have been consistently working out since 2010 and changes don’t come easily. I am focused on gaining strength and limiting inflammation due to my autoimmune diseases. My exercise looks very similar to yours. My body likes it and my brain likes it too! Do you have any pointers to help me push myself with my workouts? I tend to want to stay comfortable while my husband pushes himself to the max. I’m not really sure why I don’t to push myself…
Something that helps me is reminding myself that I’m only getting stronger when the feeling of wanting to quit is kicking in.

I love the way you look at your fitness journey. I think it’s SO important for people to reevaluate their personal journey. There is never a one size fits all routine! There is a lot toxicities in the fitness community right now with everyone building general programs. While that’s good for some it’s definitely not right for all!
