Dealers need to go away, seriously. I would rather sign up for the car I want on a website pay the marked price for what I wanted and just wait for it to be delivered sometime in the next year. If I really need a car today then I'm happy to go to a used car dealership. But for new cars I just really don't understand why dealers exist. If you really want to test drive a brand new car, then just do what Tesla does and have showrooms so that you can get a chance to try it out before you buy.
Amazing design. If the specs check out this EV is going to the top of my list when it comes out. My only hope is that these Kia dealerships do not go think they can go crazy and start marking up this EV. I personally do not care for the Tesla Model Y design, which I think would be the vehicle that everyone is going to be comparing the EV5 to, but one thing I will give Tesla is the hassle free pricing of their vehicles.

I LOVE THE EV5! KIA!!! Why won't you bring this to the U.S. market?! I don't want a Sorento or Sportage PHEV, I want a mid-size EV SUV and the EV5 is PERFECT! I'm a current Kia owner and have a Rivian R2 reserved, but have to wait 2 years...why won't you take my money now? I love the new EV3, but prefer the EV5, which is a perfect R2 competitor, WAY before it comes out. You have the jump on Rivian...COME ON, KIA!!!

The charge port in front of the passenger door will get my ax if NACS solos there. I’ll take two native inlets with ZERO adapters as my first Tesla inlet intrusion requirement. The second will be that it’ll charge as fast as my 2023 IONIQ 5.
cant wait for it to come to Australia. When i pull my little caravan with it I dont need to carry gas bottle for cooking, fridge also I can turn on my air condition/heater in the middle of nowhere..

So you cant even take your family anywhere with it. China keeps cutting corners when it comes to material quality, and its a damn shame , as i really like their interior design.

I like this EV5 but definitely going for Tesla Y Juniper. In my country malaysia the mark up by distributors are way too expensive.
