Yes you can Nike. You need a filter though, I must also warn you that stream water has high bacteria load.. that comes out when it is in any other pond apart from earthen ponds.

It’s good that you can cover it. Sun creates algae which is good for Tilapia but Catfish don’t really consume algae. As long as you change your water regularly, you are good !
In one of your training you advised beginners to start small and with this training today how or at what level should a beginner start. I mean to be able to break even. You are talking almost 20 million with a tapauling pond and a solar powered pump. So looks like this is not for small boys

In cases of having a poultry farm along fish farm. Can set the pen aboul the fishes so the bird excrete falls into the pond. How safe is this?
It is not sustainable for commercial production.
