@@arialfonso4500 no. Yes he never loved Pavetta. But the "Law Of Surprise". She belonged to him. And Emhyr find out about Elder Blood when Vilgeforz told him.
@@sandragik5595 Emhyr? If that’s the case… does everyone in the books have good intentions and regret what they do? Because that’s completely unrealistic considering the vast majority of people who wield power and especially who do very bad things do not regret and don’t have “good” intentions. They have reasons, but it’s not “good,” except for them. The more I hear about how much “better” the books are than the show and why (not that you’re saying this at all), the more I’m glad they’re changing things. However, I could be wrong in this particular case. It just frustrates me because these myths of everyone is well intended contributes to victim blaming and giving abusers and people with bad intentions the benefit of the doubt. Edit: Well, from what I now know, in the books Geralt calls Emhyr out for lying about something quite explicitly, and eventually Emhyr stops arguing, suggesting Geralt was right. Just because a character or person says they regret or don’t want to do something doesn’t mean that’s the case.
Ciri learned a lesson about monsters on 2x01, monsters are determined by their actions, after everything Emyr had done, it's clear to me she would choose Geralt. Geralt is the one who care about her well-being from second one.

And we can appreciate that sometimes our father of blood is not as good as the father of our soul. Ciri would choose Geralt over and over again. The Witcher really care for her, and love her in a real and pure way. He wants her to be happy and to stay safe, while Ciri's father is looking for her because he has realized the amount of power his daughter has, after years and years without seeing her. If he was alive all this time, if he would have loved her, he would have come to visit her to Cintria, but he didn't.

When the death mother trap Ciri mind, you see that her family that died was turning into ash except Emhyer because he's still alive so he didn't vanished. Too bad Ciri didn't noticed her father wasn't disappearing and it was a sign. I wonder if the death mother witch was low-key warning Ciri.
Two fathers. One actually cares for her well being and the other just wants her for her power. 👍👍👍👍💗💗💗💗

I really want a scene in season three where Emhyr tries to take Ciri from Geralt and Geralt beats the crap of him.😎

There’s an annoying vibration 😩 but overall well done 👍🏼
