- So far the phone holds up very well with daily use, unfortunately the software shudders do make it feel like a mid tier device at times. If that's not a issue for you go for it

i dumped my iphone 13 and will never go back motorola has got me for life, this phone is my all time favorite.

I like the material too, it even feels better without the case
i got this phone and had to replace it 2 times my speeker phone when on sounds bad when im talking to someone they tell me im cutting out on speeker phone they all seem to cut out to callers when on speeker phone and also how come you cant play media when the phone is closed dont make sence
So far so good. Had to take it to Cricket because i couldn't make a phone call, but Cricket solved it for me
Got mine today t mobile for 552$ and i love it ❤
I play games on my pixel 7a all the time and never experienced overheating issues at all
I'm sure that phone is better than this moto. I'm so glad I no longer have the phone as of today
From what I've seen of other unboxings and such, if it doesn't come with a charger then that's probably a cricket issue as getting it from Motorola directly includes the charger.
Cricket and metro sell it without the power brick unfortunately

Snapdragon 7 gen 1 PROCESSOR came out in 2022 so it just turned 2 years old

@@ianwest1624 lol, I replaced the s23 fe with the razr. I really wasn't impressed with the s23 performance. For me at least, the razr is faster with less lag time.

@@ianwest1624sounds like u just had a bad exp with it cause your trying to have a cell phone do cpu shyt... compared to the flip 4 it overall blows the flip 4 out the water with the exception of a new snapdragon...the moto has it beat every other category
@PAYY-Z traded that junk in and got the s23 fe and iPhone 15 plus instead. Even metro the store barely carries the moto flip

Bro 7gen 1 didn't come before the 8gen 1 the triple 8 was two different tiers of processor 7 is midrange 8 is flagship processor that is why the editing wasn't good

The so-called higher end phones don't come with them anymore. It's dumb I know
The idea is great, however the phone degrades rapidly. Initially the phone connection was terrible. At first I thought it was a problem with my service provider verizon but switching the sim card back to my old device I discovered that the phone itself was to blame.
At 1 month the crease where the phone folds created a white line in the middle of the screen. The "vegan leather" began to peel off.
At 2 months the screen would randomly show only gray scale- no color.
at 3 months the phone screen went entirely black- resetting the device did not correct it. At this point the phone was completely unusable.
I contacted motorola for a refund and was told the window for a refund is only within 14 days of purchase. They advised me to send them the phone for repair and attempt to sell it myself on ebay...
DO NOT BUY!
Motorola are notorious for bad signal strength compared to other brands. How they sell phones at these prices and people buy it is baffling to me
!! Do not buy one of these phones!! Unless you sincerely don't not care about wasting money. It's not a question of if the screen will break, no it's how fast will it break..... It's 100% unpredictable. Then you can forget about it because the parts and repair are ((very)) expensive. Don't buy one trust me this is my second foldable....it lasted (3 days) !!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself 👍
I have one last video explaining how bad the phone actually is with everyday wear and tear. I agree don't buy this phone

@10xyourlife65 No, the phone is cheaply made. The creases in the screen are visibly worse on my wifes model. We had to replace it and it's been a few months. Moto really dropped the ball with this phone
@@ianwest1624and I still have to disagree I have one of these phones and my phone still looks like it is brand new and I've had it for a couple months but I take extreme good care of the phone
I have had Razr phones over 10 years, no breaks whatsoever.
Highly over priced at $500....I knew someone who had a similar phone and the screen had a crease on it..over hyped phone....
The phone didn’t even sell well at metro or T-Mobile lol. I sold that thing quick

On my iPhone I have to pay for most apps and android the majority of the same apps are free, that's the biggest difference
I have both apple and android. Both have their strengths and weaknesses
@@carlethapointer7347 I'm sorry to tell u but almost every app on iphone ecosystem is free. I've owned a iphone since iphone 4 and I've never had to pay for apps. They use too make u pay for apps when iphone first came out back in 2007, but that's been a thing of the past roughly 17 years ago. Not sure what iphone planet ur living on.

So I have a lot of experience with apple. I don't think you've ever owned one, since u still think they charge for apps in 2024 😂
