That's a very good condition laserdisc of T2 there well looked after and a great collection of T2 on other formats as well. I received my True Lies 4K in the post today I hope I like it am looking forward to watching it this week some time.
Great video! I have a decent collection of Terminator 2 on VHS, DVD, and Blu-Ray. Just picked up a 4K version today, strangely enough. All are U.S. releases. I've never owned a laserdisc before, nor do I have a player, but I'll pick up some laserdisc stuff someday soon.
It's the version before Cameron became allergic to film grain. Never had Laserdisc, but at least it looks like film and normally has the original audio.
Finally, confirmation that Terminator 2 was an 18 release at the cinema and was edited for the video release to get a 15 certificate. Not been able to win this argument with someone about what certificate it was originally.
The UK cinema version was censored for a 15 at its original cinema release. The BBFC’s website confirms this, and plus there’s tons of UK newspaper and magazine advertisements for the film on its original release that listed the film as a 15
Any chance you could do a video of your entire everything terminator collection

I’m pretty sure the UK release was the cinema version, but the American release was a directors cut
Do a video on your terminator collection please

Indeed. The vhs was 15 cut. The laserdisc 18 was the true way to experience it uncut at home.

what does "full-length cinema version" mean? By that is one of the coolest things..
The vhs was cut but the laserdisc had the cinema version in full with no cuts.
@@4kCollectivE that is different from the extended cut?
