- ⛛ I'll show you how to create a Beeswarm plot in Tableau Software without calculations! We'll use the Sample Superstore dataset and a new tool I developed that allows you to generate and configure Beeswarms and export it directly in Tableau in one click.
You'll learn to customize the chart directly in Tableau by adding colors, interactive, legend, and a custom axis.

If you use the Tableau Public version, you'll find the data with Segment in the "Data" folder.
You need to replace the existing data in the Template with the data in the Data folder.
Hi Tristan, thank you for all your effort. When I tried to download Beeswarms file to my Tableau Public it gives me an error, "Workbooks saved to Tableau Public must use active Tableau extracts. Right-click the data source and select Use Extract before publishing. The data source, Beeswarm, is not an active extract." Any way to remedy this please?
Hey, the Tableau Public download button has an extract. That is the version you need to use :)

I have 2 measures and for those measures I have 2 running total now I want to represent all 4 in one graph and x -axis is Dates...2 bar and running total as line...can you show how to do it

the downloaded zip file template for my CSV on tableau public seems to give more error , i followed the steps of help file still giving out errors.
Good catch @adityaa3341! I made some changes recently on my website and it impacted the Template.
If you try again, everything should work now :-)

In what instances are we using this viz?
It's a great viz to show the repartition of points along one (or two) values by making sure there's no overlap!
