This year i'm experiencing FINDING JOY AGAIN with the Lord aaaand it's very messy bc i'm not starting with joy clearly.
Since i became a mom in 2018 and experiencing post partum depression alone, i never healed from that and every dark thoughts are still here. And as of today, this poison get all over my life (marriage, finances, social, etc) I was on a retreat last summer and the Lord confort me and sait to me YOU'RE NOT THAT PERSON YOU ARE. I'm always sad, always find a reason to be negative. so this year my focus is to heal and reconnect with my identity through Christ
Praying for you 😢depression is so hard to deal with, but I’m so happy to hear that you are on your journey of healing. It gets better, one day you will experience that joy that you’re seeking. And I’m also lifting up your family in prayer. Keep going you got this ❤🙌🏾!

Girl this is all so timely. I just got out of a 5 year relationship-came to find out he was not the person he said he was. And it takes time to heal and forgive yourself for messing up or not seeing the signs or taking more time-at least I speak for myself. As you said, you can’t beat that person up, I was 25, I feel like that’s nothing like the person I am today. But like you said, Im committed to not making the same mistakes and really dealing God to be able to do that. This was a powerful video and message. ❤ thank you 🙌🏻
