Bangkok is my favourite capital and i also love that in Bangkok you can find MANY types of cars and brands (Haval,BYD,Toyota, Peugeot,Tata,etc....)
Also fun fact: when car license plates in Thailand when they are red its means that they are brand new and that the owner bought that car recently but if the license plate is white then its not that new or old

Yes, you are correct and for added info about the color of license plates; Red is the temporary use - the car is under process of car register with department of Land Transport. White is private car purpose and already registered. Yellow is public car like Taxi, Bus or TukTuk. Green is also public/fleet car but for specific service like Airport car, Hotel service car.
