One youtuber was jailed for 2 months in Afghanistan, so brother if you are planning to go to Afghanistan please be careful there also. It sad that we have such relations with all our neighbours, just look at europe they don't even have borders.

Iran is one of those rare places where they're super strict about drones. Like, if you're checking out travel sites, they straight up tell you not to mess with drones there. If you didn't bother doing your research before jetting off to Iran, that's on you. Lesson learned: always know the rules before you go anywhere, dude! So, if you're planning a trip, it's on you to know what's up with drone rules in every spot you hit.
But there is two another Pakistani Moto vlogger whom travelled Iran both of them had a drone but none of them was arrested.
Actually I asked few Iranian people to fly drone and they said avoid flying in cities and any military areas. So I followed it and only flew in open and wild places. But I will be carefull and rely only on official resources about flying drones. Btw thank you 🙋♂️

Such incidents already happened with many youtuber in Iran..when such incident happens then its definitely impacts remaining Tour. I think when a UA-camr goes to Iran. First He should contact Ministry of Tourism there and know about what to do and don't in Iran.. He should also get information about donre fly zones in Iran. Should got permission letter if the issue .. Then should raom Iran with peace of mind..
Yeah agreed , Actually drones have informations and map radars that indicated where to fly and where not to. Also I was carefull and I just fly far from cities in open and wild places only. But I didnt know about strict restrictions.
Irani government literally treat tourists horribly. I wish they improve their ways.
They are right on their side and they have security challenges also .. but yes things and security checks should be done in a respectable manner and there is no need at all to imprison untill someone found to be guilty 🙌🏻

Sad. But this is the sort of thing you do not experience in developed nations. No checkpoints every hour on the road. Roads are actually very good. No detention without strong evidence. The less developed a country is, the more likely you are of experiencing this sort of thing.

Yeah security reasons still exists but they must tell people which are coming to their country for tourism that don't use drone camera before giving visa etc but put a person into jail is not justified

Brother, I have traveled to Iran through these roads The situation in Iran is not good in terms of travel because of Israel and America Iran's army doesn't trust anyone at the moment and they are well in place I escaped being referred to the police twice but did not go to jail Iran has some laws, it's hard to travel without knowing them and it's easy to go to jail as you go Iranian people are very nice and hospitable, just follow the law and there will be no problem
